Všechny paní byly ale dost otrávené, čemuž rozumím jelikož je práce s lidmi náročná, ale nepřijde mi v pořádku drbat lidi a verejne pomlouvat jakou to mají hroznou práci a jak je lidi štvou, jako by jim nikdo neměl rozumět. Po tříhodinovém čekání jsem toho stačila slyšet dost a musím říct že naplou atmosféru, která zde panuje, tím byla jen zhoršena. Nedokážu si představit že je tohle cílem zaměstnanců a nedivím se tolika nastaštvaným klientům. After all, the lady behind the counter was quite nice. Řval tam z okna na lidi, že zamkne dveře a nikoho tam nepustí, ačkoliv tam všichni jen čekali. Okamžitě vyhodit. Paní u přepážky vcelku laxní. Úředníci prostě k ničemu, jako skoro všude. The gentleman at the reception is rude and arrogant - apparently a racist who thinks there is more. He shouted out the window at people to lock the door and not let anyone in, even though everyone was just waiting. Throw away immediately. The lady at the counter is quite lax. Officials are simply useless, like almost everywhere.
G	Geronymo Fuhrmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak ke 22.6.2020 jsem volal na číslo 974320800 a číslo 974320810 dohromady více než 45x a zvednuto mi bylo na druhém čísle jednou. Automaticky robot mi řekne že se vyřizuje předchozího klienta, ok chápu tak čekám. Začne hrát supr muzika (možná by vzhledem na čekací dobu bylo dobrý zaplatit práva na pár hitů od Michala Davida ;)). Po tom co dohrá tahle supr hudba začne telefon normálně zvonit až mě někdo tipne. Volám doslova vteřinu na to, telefon zvoní normálně mezi 30 sekundama až 2 minutama až mě někdo tipne znova. Znova hned volám zpátky a hlas znova tvrdí že někoho vyřizují. Klidně 20 minut. Nakonec se stalo něco co nikdo nečekal a po 20-tym voláni za poslední hodinu mi vyšší bohové dali milost a někdo na druhý straně zvednul telefón (asi byla zrovna reklama v TV). Milá slečna všechno vyřídila a celkově to trvalo tak 40 vteřin. Asi jenom jiní lidi řeší něco 20 minut (nebo zrovna opakovali díl ordinace). The nice lady took care of everything and in total it took about 40 seconds. Probably only other people solve something for 20 minutes (or just repeated a part of the surgery).

Pouze automat sděluje že je klientské centrum zavřeno... Tak tam zřejmě v době epidemie budeme muset jet a vyřizovat vše osobně... I tried to call to find out some information ... Ale ten pán recepční ten co má knír ten knírač, co tam byl toho 24.11.2021 cca.,od 16:00 do 16:25 hodin,jak jsem tam byl. Je náladový a byl dost nepříjemný, proč tam nechávají dělat takové lidi. Potkávám se s tím všude kde je v Plzni nějaká vrátnice nebo recepce. Dávají tam lidi co mají doma asi problémy a vybíjí si to na jiných lidech. Nejhorší je pan Beránek z magistrátu v Plzni.
