★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oční ordinace - byla jsem objednána na konkrétní čas (asi už nechci řešit, že se jednalo o třetí termíny, z důvodu rušení termínů ze strany ordinace). Sestřička vyběhla z ordinace ze slovy “že mi přesune termín, protože nemají čas” - v čekárně nikdo nebyl a ani v ordinaci. Jaktože není čas na mou objednanou návštěvu mi nebyla schopna vysvětlit?! Když jsem oponovala, že jsem si vzala volno v práci, je neslušné mi to takto sdělit mezi dveřmi, jsem řádně objednána. Sestřička mi umožnila vyšetření se slovy “doufám, že nechcete něco řešit? Jen Vám zkontrolujeme dioptrie”. Při čtení písmen se svými brýlemi jsem nepřečetla všechna písmena stejně, což i já jako laik pochopím, že mi nesouhlasí už dioptrie v brýlích. I přesto mi sestřička odpověděla, že je vše v pořádku a mohu odejít. Při odchodu mi řekla “no vidíte jak jsme to stihly, v čekárně není další objednaný pacient. Odcházela jsem zcela zklamaná a rozčarovaná z chování.
 Ophthalmology - I was booked for a specific time (I probably don't want to deal with the fact that these were the third dates, due to the cancellation of dates by the surgery). The nurse ran out of the surgery with the words "that she will postpone my appointment because they don't have time" - no one was in the waiting room or in the surgery. As there is no time for my booked visit, she was not able to explain to me ?! When I objected that I took time off work, it is rude to tell me this way between the doors, I am duly ordered. The nurse allowed me to examine with the words “I hope you don't want to solve something? We'll just check your diopters. ” When reading the letters with my glasses, I did not read all the letters in the same way, which I, as a layman, will understand, that the diopters in the glasses no longer agree with me. Even so, the nurse told me that everything was fine and I could leave. When she left, she told me "well, you see how we managed to do it, there is no other booked patient in the waiting room. I left completely disappointed and disappointed with my behavior.
