L	Lana Love on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff ever, nobody speak english and they hate you if you don't speak czech, I was sent for cast control by nearest hospital. When I came there they screamed at me in czech, aggressively wrote a note and send me back to hospital. In hospital they said they don't make cast control and send me back to Prosek poliklinika. I was there 3 times, they never helped me.

Good location, some "café" you could find around with proper cup of strong coffee (gosh no dirty water like in Manchester), sometimes you have to be patience because of queque...

As ex. why to have automatic door in 1st floor, when you still need to touch doors on any other floor, when you exit the stairs? And things like those goes on... More thinking about actual flow of patients is desperately needed...

But I recommend coming by public transport, since the parking lot is usually full, and they still let your car in, and you then wander about looking for a free place, before giving up and driving off.
L	Lᛜᚹ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this clinic, because my psychiatrist has an office there, and I have appointments there, usually once in 3 months or so, sometimes less frequently, sometimes more. I can't say much about this whole hospital / clinic, other than it has Pharmacy inside, which is good.. And the nurses are usually friendly to an extent, or otherwise just not reacting much. And my doctor is ok, he does genuinely want to help me, I know that. The only thing is that sometimes he does not understand that what he thinks I need is actually what I absolutely do not need. That being said he does not force on me the medication that I told him so many times has bad effects on me, so he is agreeable to prescribe me the medication that actually helps me the most, so that is good...
