★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place with xenophobic medical sisters that do not even try to hide their irritation when they hear people speaking Czech with an accent. Definitely cannot recommend it for non-Czech people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for covid test indicated by my dr because I had symptoms. They told me the results would be sent in 24 hs. After calling 40 hs after because I didn’t get any result, they told me they were still ‘processing’ it. Few hours after they called me telling me I needed to redo the test because the sample ‘was not correctly taken’. So I have to go there back with fever, and first they wanted to make me pay for it because my dr for was already used. Until I called the person in charge and they took me the sample again. So the test should take few hours (in any other place, and even there when they didn’t loose my sample) took more than 2 days and meant me going twice to give the sample. Side note: look at the reviews before to trust your health to any institution...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the gynecology and received a terrible treatment. I felt terrible side effects of the antibiotics and tried to reach back the doctor. Nobody has ever picked a phone and when I came back to ask for another treatment the doctor was very annoyed and rude saying I’m not the first one to complain about the antibiotics. Very cold and rude treatment of their patients. I will never be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait only 10 min before meet doctor without termin. At first visit everyone was polite and fast. In reception one girl speaks English, but doctor don't. And free Wi-Fi?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been visiting since 2019. Good place, most of the staff speak English. But if you go to labratory just go off w what Czech ladies say. Do not be a hero.
*Also, a great location to hang out right after your treatment. 4 STARS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was also very surprised reading those negative reviews. Great place with nice and friendly staff, willing and able to help whenever it´s possible. Not easy to plan a month lasting rehabilitations, yet the nurse was trying her best to find dates that would be ideal for me even they are pretty busy all the time.
