Šli jsme jinam úplně jiný přístup a nyní dcera slyší úplně normale. Není nic horšího než když vám doktor řekne že vaše dítě je nemocné a vy víte že to tak není. Dokonce do lékařské zprávy napsala rodiče nejsou objektivní Department of Phoniatry Auditology Horror. The doctor only followed the results of the machines, not even trying to make a sound for her daughter. In the eyes she told us that the daughter is deaf. We went elsewhere a completely different approach and now the daughter hears perfectly normal. There is nothing worse than when the doctor tells you that your child is ill and you know it is not. Even in a medical report written by parents are not objective

Paní doktorka mě nevyšetřila dostatečně, do zprávy napsala, že jsem pravák, zatímco jsem levák, také že jsem byla hospitalizována kvůli žebrům. Nebyla jsem dostatečně informována o jejich drahých poplatcích a také jsem draze zaplatila. Na recepci jsou bohužel arogantní sestřičky, které Vás raději "sjedou jako psa", než aby Vám nějak poradili, nebo alespoň uznali chybu. Také jsem měla odejít ve stabilizovaném stavu, což se pouhým pohledem paní doktorky na má záda určitě nestalo a tak mám stále problémy. Jiná oddělení jsou v pořádku, ale toto by se mělo změnit. The rehabilitation department is an absolute horror. The doctor did not examine me enough, she wrote in the report that I was right-handed, while I was left-handed, and that I was hospitalized because of my ribs. I was not sufficiently informed about their expensive fees and I also paid dearly. Unfortunately, there are arrogant nurses at the reception who would rather "ride you like a dog" than advise you, or at least admit a mistake. I also had to leave in a stable condition, which certainly didn't happen to the doctor's mere glance at my back, so I still have problems. Other departments are fine, but this should change.
L	Lucie Jirovcová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes byl manžel s 5letou dcerou na testu, byli objednání na čas, ještě mě paní upozorňovala, ať přijdeme na čas. Hodinu čekali v té zimě venku !!!!!! Když konečně přišli na řadu, tak test provedl nějaký chlap, který to snad ani neuměl, komunikace příšerná, systém příšerný, sestra se tam vybavovala a všichni jen čekali. Co to sakra má být? Už takhle to bylo pro dceru stresující a ještě je tam nechají čekat a přístup je neprofesialni!!!!!!! Dcera je z toho hodně špatná, takže už nikdy v životě tohle neodpustím, že naprosto zdravá a musí tohle podstupovat? NE UŽ NIKDY!!!!!!! Pokud se má vyšetřit malé dítě, tak přeci to má dělat člověk, který to umí a umí se k dětem chovat.... My daughter is very bad about it, so I will never forgive this in my life, she is completely healthy and has to undergo this? NO NEVER !!!!!!! If a small child is to be examined, then it should be done by a person who knows how to do it and can treat children ....

The PCR test went completely without problems. Dear staff, they took me a while before the order. Result during the second day. I recommend.
