★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masarykova socha vévodí náměstí stejného jména, jež je dílem Josefa Gočára z 20.let 20.století. Za zády mu stojí impozantní budova bývalé Anglo-československé banky. Pomník vytvořil Otto Gutfreud a má celkem pohnutou minulost. Celkem byl odhalován třikrát v letech 1926, 1947 a 1990. Celkový prostor náměstí je nádherný.
Masaryk's statue dominates the square of the same name, which is the work of Josef Gočár from the 1920s. Behind him stands the impressive building of the former Anglo-Czechoslovak bank. The monument was created by Otto Gutfreud and has a rather turbulent past. In total, it was unveiled three times in 1926, 1947 and 1990. The total space of the square is beautiful.
