Dneska ráno 26.1.2021 tam byla slečna která byla totálně arogantní řekla mi,že neberou platební karty na zaplacení jízdenky která stála přes 1000kc,že musím zaplatit hotově ! nespočetněkrát jsem si tam jízdenku kupovala a pokaždé sem platila kartou ! Když jsem ji řekla,že by spíš neměli brát hotovost než nebrat platební bezkontaktní platby tak mi arogantně řekla “ to by jsme nesměli ani od sporáku” !! Kdo to kdy viděl aby se obsluha k zákazníkovi chovala takhle ? A nebrat platební karty na zaplacení jízdenky ??? Tak kde jako jsme? Absolutely incredibly cheeky service !!! This morning on January 26, 2021, there was a girl who was totally arrogant and told me that they do not take credit cards to pay for a ticket that cost over 1000 CZK, that I have to pay in cash! countless times I bought a ticket there and always paid with a card every time! When I told her that they should not take cash rather than not take contactless payments, she arrogantly told me "we shouldn't even be from the stove" !! Who ever saw the service treat the customer like this? And not take credit cards to pay for the ticket ??? So where are we?
