★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já rozhodně spokojený nejsem. Prodej sice proběhl rychle ale za doporučenou cenu p.Urbanem která byla pod cenou. Prodal jsem byt v Rybově ulici 3+kk 74m² s dvěma balkony za 4.190 000Kč. Bylo možné licitovat o ceně? Bylo! A přesto tak neučinil a spěchal s prodejem za cílem své provize. Zřejmě zájmy prodávajícího klienta nejsou na prvním místě. Že?
