★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came there to look for a Skoda car. It took almost 10 minutes before we were noticed. They had nothing from what we came to see (no car with sport seats, no skoda car with tdi engine). They had like 5 years old color samples that did not include new colors and it looked like they dont care. I expected they will have at least one car with all the bells and whistles for showcasing - nope. I would definitelly choose a different dealeriship to get a Skoda car. The staff guy was somewhat friendly tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took them more than two weeks to even have a look at our new VW T6 camper which refused to start. Didn't find the problem, claimed it's not covered by warranty and made us pay 650€ to get it back. Now, a week later during Christmas holidays, the problem is back and we're stuck again. Can't give 0 stars unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice guys...but 6000czk for an oil change....come on!?!?! 3500 crowns for 4L of cheap VW oil when premium Motul is 1000 CZK!?! Get down to earth and stop robbing the customers.
Unable to reply, but will post here. Quality? The same oil costs 1200CZK for 5L. I like the service I get there, the guys in the showroom are very professional, but tripling the price of oil is an actual rip-off. VW Longlife 0W20, W508.00 - 1200 CZK in any store in Czech Republic. I would understand you double the price in the showroom, but triple it? Please do not give me the "quality" argument for having 3 times the market price FOR THE SAME OIL. ;)
