★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there on Saturday mornig, walking around as we were interested in Audi Q7 second hand they offer, after 20 minutes around no one came to help us, then we tried to talk with someone but they were not helpful at all, after 30 being ignored we left. Thats how you sell high bramd cars?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porsche Prague is the most difficult service in Europe
1. They never call you back, even when you bomb them by tons of calls
2. They dont answer to your emails usually
3. To set up date for fixing you need to go your self and push, then when you give car you need to stand on their heads to be sure they did what you wanted them to do
The bad mark is that when I gave car on thursday, till monday they were sleeping, at the ened they didnt check tires and on the pictrue you can see with what tires they let me drive. You can rate quality yourself seeing pictrue.
This is not Porsche quality, its some uncle garage style who repair only old Skoda from 90s.
If you have time better go to Brno or Poland... there is much higher quality and approach to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL;DR: Stay away from this place. It was one of the worse experiences with customer service I've ever had in my life.
I brought my car for a regular service and asked to do a full checkup. The guy told me that if there was something wrong I wold get a message on the dashboard.
Then I asked to install the latest software updates and the guy told me that there are no updates without checking when I know for a fact that my car has at least 2 pending updates, one of them rather important for the electronic handbrake, WTF? I insisted and the guy just started to argue with me so after a while I had enough so I grabbed the keys and left without service. Mind blowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am utterly disappointed in the Audi Service Center from Prague. Previously made an appointment, came from another country for service and in the end the price resulted to be double than the one that was agreed on the phone. No one from the sales department wanted to find a compromise and the discussion was awful, definitely did not expect this kind of attitude from a reputable brand.

I was in a rush as I was due to travel the very next day and Petr was very helpful in getting my car diagnosed as soon as possible, keeping me updated on the status of the repair and letting me know when the car was available to be picked up. Amazing service, thanks Petr!

It is official service, so it is a little bit costlier. Work is OK.
