Příjemné prostředí, široký výběr materiálů, přátelský personál. Sako, košile i kalhoty na míru jsou po několika měsících nošení stále perfektní - Portamento doporučuji!

Opravdu jsem se těšila na nový zážitek a bohužel přišlo zklamání. Personál není schopen poradit, doporučit, inspirovat. Na každý dotaz přijde rekace typu "záleží na vás, jestli to budete nosit". Výsledek taky neni nic moc, košile z obyčejné konfekce sedí lépe, člověk vůbec nemá pocit ničeho speciálního a opravdu šitého na míru. Možná to bude tím, že to vlastně tak úplně na míru není... znovu už nikdy. Poměr cena vs výkon a celková úroveň služby je absolutní nepoměr.

Atraktivní a příjemné prostředí ateliéru, na výběr veliké množství látek, trpěliví majitelé dokaží poradit s výběrem vhodné látky i střihu a zákazníkovi věnovat opravdu hodně času, i když je nerozhodný jako já? Šaty, sako i kalhoty mi dokonale sedí!! Se službami jsem byla opravdu spokojena a pokud budu potřebovat doplnit šatník, určitě se na tento ateliér znovu obrátím?

Price is high, service is very low. There is no one with any tailoring experience who works there. After making the suit they will not be able to adjust anything outside of a hem. I had a custom suit with them and had to take it to another tailor after so they could fix it. The tailor who fixed it commented that whoever made the measurements for this suit was way off by any standard. Short response to your reply. The tailor adjusted only the hem and waist of my pants... very reluctantly. Nothing was done about the width of the leg. Every time I pointed these things out I was told by the tailor that things were supposed to be this way and I was wrong. I also wrote you only a week or two after taking the suit and you responded in the same manner that you just did. I did take my suit to someone who knows what they are doing after I accepted it from you because every time I put it on I liked it less and less. This 2nd tailor confirmed that so many of the aspects of my suit were poorly fitting. He actually fixed most of them, and I did end up with a suit that fits nicely. But it was not thanks to Portamento Your process with me was very bad, essentially telling me that everything was up to me. The only fitting direction I gave you was that I didn't want it too tight. For you I guess that means 2 sizes too big. This was a suit that I paid over a month's rent, and I planned to wear at my wedding. I bought another suit for that instead because this experience left such a sour taste in my mouth.
