★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postl už nikdy, chyběly díly , rohová skříňka je dodána bez nástavce. Můžu být ráda ,že chybějící díly nejsou vidět a mohly se nechat uříznout a nejde vidět jiná barva.
Bed never again, parts were missing, the corner cabinet is delivered without an extension. I can be glad that the missing parts are not visible and could have been cut off and no other color can be seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednáno přes eshop, skříňky dorazily sice v rozloženém stavu, ale podle přiloženého výkresu nebyl problém je dát dohromady. S kvalitou jsem spokojený, sám jsem poskládal kuchyni za pár kaček :)
Ordered through the e-shop, the cabinets arrived in disassembled condition, but according to the attached drawing, it was not a problem to put them together. I am satisfied with the quality, I put the kitchen together for a few ducks :)

Overall great satisfaction from the design to the assembly of the kitchen - helpful, pleasant negotiations plus valuable advice in compiling the design. At the same time, fast and trouble-free assembly on site within the agreed deadline :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Design jsme vybrali s pani na provozovne. Barevnou kombinaci jsme zvolili na zaklade vystavene kuchyne a dodali designove detaily. Kvalita zpracovani vyborna. Nechali jsme si ji i dovezt a povesit. Pristup montazni party vyborny - nejprve polozili koberce, aby neznicili/neposkrabali lino, potom pracovali v prezuvkach. Vsechny spoje presne ladi. Spotrebice objednane take pres ne. Reklamoval jsem prasklou odpadni trubicku na prepadu drezu (vada materialu), reklamace resena okamzite, druhy den jsem mel novou. Ja nemam co vytknout a mohu doporucit.
We chose the design with the lady at the premises. We chose the color combination based on the exhibited kitchen and added design details. Excellent workmanship. We had her imported and hung up. The assembly party approach is excellent - first they laid the carpets so as not to destroy / scratch the lino, then they worked in slippers. All connections are fine. Appliances also ordered through them. I complained about a cracked waste pipe on the sink overflow (material defect), the complaint was resolved immediately, the next day I had a new one. I have nothing to complain about and I can recommend it.

Terminy dodání katastrofální. Když měsíc po termínu zavoláte co se děje, dostanete informaci, že se s Vámi zítra někdo spojí, když se po dalších 3 týdnech ozvete, že se nikdo neozval zjistíte, že se čekalo na nějaký komponent (mimochodem u 2 zakázek pokaždé stejná výmluva ?) a opět se měl někdo ozvat a opět se tak nestalo.. Všechno bych pochopil, ale komunikace je katastrofální..

Disaster delivery times. If you call what's happening a month after the deadline, you'll get information that someone will contact you tomorrow, if you hear after another 3 weeks that no one answered, you'll find that a component was waiting (by the way, 2 orders always the same excuse ?) and again someone should have called and again it didn't happen .. I would understand everything, but the communication is catastrophic ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celková spokojenost od vizualizace až po montáž. Spolehlivá domluva na schůzkách, vše řešeno osobně v klidu provozovny u šálku dobré kávy. Vždy vyhrazen dostatek času na plánování vizualizace a výběr použitého materiálu, doplňků a spotřebičů. Na vzorkovně nebyl problém se sejít několikrát a postupně vybrat a vytvořit návrh splňující představu. Několik následných drobných úprav se zvládlo zapracovat i po telefonu/e-mailu. Následné info o ceně, termínu dodání a podpis smlouvy. Pak už si jen počkat. :-) Montážní parta také spolehlivá, vše na čas a v termínu i přesto, že se na místě muselo provést několik úprav proti plánu (vlivem nerovností a mír). Buď si pánové poradili sami na místě, či byli schopni se otočit během montáže na truhlárně. Kuchyň a související prostor předán čistý a uklizený a výsledek? Nad očekávání! V rámci dodavatelské krize pozdrženo ze strany výrobce dodání jednoho spotřebiče - firma Postlů obratem reagovala a nabídla alternativy. Pomontážní servis je zde také, nebyl problém slícovat drobné nerovnosti, které ukázal až čas užívání. Snad jen programová vizualizace mohla být kvalitnější, ale o to lepší byl pak výsledek. :-) Spolehlivý partner při plánování, výrobě a montáži kuchyňské linky. Doporučuji.

Sufficient time is always set aside for visualization planning and selection of materials, accessories and appliances used. It was not a problem to meet several times in the showroom and gradually select and create a design that meets the idea. Several subsequent minor adjustments were made over the phone / e-mail. Subsequent information about the price, delivery date and contract signing. Then just wait. :-) The assembly team is also reliable, everything on time and on time, despite the fact that several adjustments had to be made to the plan (due to inequalities and peace). Either the gentlemen managed on the spot themselves or they were able to turn around during the assembly at the carpentry. The kitchen and related space handed over clean and tidy and the result? Above the expectations! During the supply crisis, the delivery of one appliance was delayed by the manufacturer - the Postlů company immediately responded and offered alternatives. The assembly service is also there, it was not a problem to match the small inequalities that the time of use showed. Perhaps only the program visualization could have been better, but the result was even better. :-) A reliable partner in the planning, production and assembly of the kitchen unit. I recommend.
