Pokud chcete postylky z postylkova, tak se obrnte poradnou davkou trpelivosti. Na emaily, SMS a ani telefony nereaguji ani po x tydnech (takze kdyz chcete neco upravit na miru, je to opravdu vycerpavajici). A to ani kdyz volate behem 2 hodin, ktere nove uvadeji jako pracovni dobu na lince. Jedine kam se da obcas dovolat je pani Romane (ktera ale nema nastarost objednavky a na strankach ani nema pracovni dobu) a o rade veci nevi a nebo Vam slibuje neco, co uz sama musi vedet, ze nesplni. Termin dovozu jsme meli na prubeh listopadu (objednano a zaplaceno v zari). Volam tedy na konci rijna a prosim o upresneni terminu. Dovolam se opet pouze pani Romane, ktera mi stroze sdeli, ze postylky budeme mit zkratka v prubehu listopadu a evidentne nemam otravovat, ozvou se nam pry 2dny pred zavozem. Neda mi to a v pulce listopadu volam znovu, nikam se ovsem nedovolam. Prosim manzela, at to zkusi on, protoze toto me opravdu nebavi. Manzel se dovola a sdeli mu, ze listopad jeste neskoncil a ze postylky urcite budou v listopadu a ze se ozvou. V momente, kdy se blizi konec listopadu se opet ptame, jestli by nam mohli upresnit den (jsme oba casove vytizeni a mame plne diare), aby byl nekdo pri montazi doma. A je nam oznameno ze postylky jdou teprve do vyroby a ze budou tak cca za 14dni!? Tak to mi prijde opravdu neprofesionalni, jednak uz v prubehu listopadu jim muselo byt jasne, ze to nestihnou a take nechapu, proc nas ani jednou nekontaktovali a neomluvili se s tim, ze to zkratka nestihnou, at uz to bude z jakeho koliv duvodu :( bohuzel podobnou zkusenost s touto firmou maji i dve me kamaradky -jedna uz postylky pro deti ma (nutno podotknout, ze ty postylky jsou opravdu SUPER kvality, nadherne zpracovane) a druha se ted s nekomunikaci obchodu/truhlarstvi trapi stejne jako my :(. Ted se opet marne snazime zjistit den dovozu postylek, ale je to jako hazeni hrachu na zed...abychom meli prostor pro nove postele, tak jsme ty stare detem uz odstehovali, tak doufam, ze na matraci na zemi nebudou spat nase deti jeste na Vanoce :(

We had the import date during November (ordered and paid in September). So I call at the end of October and please specify the date. I will only call again Mrs. Romana, who strictly informed me that we will have a shortcut in November and I obviously do not have to bother, they will contact us 2 days before the delivery. She won't give it to me and I'm calling again in November, but I'm not going anywhere. Please husband to try it, because I really don't like this. The husband called and they told him that November was not over and that the cribs would definitely be in November and that they would call. The moment the end of November is approaching, we ask again if they could specify the day (we are both timed and we have full diaries) so that someone is at home during the assembly. And we are told that the cribs are only going into production and that they will be there in about 14 days !? So it seems really unprofessional to me, on the one hand, it had to be clear to them during November that they would not make it and I also do not understand why they did not contact us once and apologized for not having the shortcut, for whatever reason :( Unfortunately, my two friends have a similar experience with this company - one of them already has cribs for children (it should be noted that these cribs are really SUPER quality, beautifully processed) and the other is now suffering from the non-communication of trade / carpentry just like us :(. again we try in vain to find out the day of the import of cots, but it's like throwing peas on the wall ... so that we have room for new beds, we've already moved the old children, so I hope that our children won't sleep on the mattress on the floor at Christmas :(

Mám stejnou negativní zkušenost, nedá se nikam dovolat, pokud se dovoláte tak paní Romaně, která není úplně vstřícná a byla se mnou hned hotova. Vlastně jsem jen zákazník. Nejprve jsem byla přesvědčena, že mají hezké recenze, po bližším zkoumání je to možná od známých, ale recenze nemají ani na fb stránkách a v diskuzích maminek mi bylo doporučeno, NEOBJEDNÁVAT. Stačilo mi několik pokusů o dovolání a pak dva přijaté hovory a mělo mě to odradit. Na postýlku stále čekáme, ale chce to velkou míru obrněnosti, i když zaplaceno už dávno máme. Kvalitu snad mají (alespoň v to doufám), ale příště bych už tady neobjednala.
I have the same negative experience, you can't call anywhere if you call Mrs. Romana, who is not completely accommodating and was done with me right away. Actually, I'm just a customer. At first I was convinced that they have nice reviews, after a closer examination it may be from acquaintances, but they don't even have reviews on fb pages and in my moms' discussions I was advised NOT to ORDER. It took me several attempts to appeal and then two received calls and it was supposed to discourage me. We are still waiting for the crib, but it requires a lot of armor, even though we have paid a long time ago. Maybe they have quality (at least I hope so), but next time I wouldn't order here.

Velmi kvalitní provedení postele, ani jsme takovou precizní práci nečekali. Montáž byla velmi intuitivní a postel asi během 30min stála na svém místě. Dcerce se v ní spinká hezky, žena je nadšená - takže za nás maximální spokojenost!
Very high quality design of the bed, we did not expect such precise work. The assembly was very intuitive and the bed stood in place for about 30 minutes. The daughter is nice to her, the woman is excited - so maximum satisfaction for us!
