Jenže to není jen o zdraví - pokud v tomhle městě sháníte cizrnovou, čočkovou, lněnou mouku, různé druhy soli, datlový nebo javorový sirup, chcete si vybrat se čtyř druhů tempehu nebo sháníte seitan, prostě cokoliv potřebujete pro svou netradiční kuchyni, tady to najdete.
Pro vegetariány povinnost, konkurence tady ve městě neexistuje.
