★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible customer service. I went there to buy paper for plotters. They had only 1 kind not as it is advertised on their webpage. The guy didnt even listen to me. I asked when they will have other types (the one I really needed), he answered: I dont know. When I asked if i can come next wednesday, he said again: I dont know. After the 3rd I dont know I decided to leave and buy the material somewhere else. Good luck with your business and hiring proper employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have printed today a few papers, and selected color print as the first page was color, the rest black and white. I have been charged 300czk for 2 color printed pages and 28 black and white. Even though i tried explaining to the lady that it does not make any sense to charge me for black and white papers as it were color printed, showing her the printed pages, i could not solve this and had to pay full amount as everything would have been printed in color. Neither of the computers is in english, so yes, it makes it a bit difficult for non czech speakers to navigate through a czech print settings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Print quality of thesis was quite poor (worse than average home-use laser printer). All colors are dull and a bit "yellow-shifted" (gray color appears beige, light blue is gray). Thin lines (like plot grid) are barely visible.
