★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu otřesná komunikace, po objednání knih vám přijde automatická odpověď že jste udělali objednávku a aby jste odeslali peníze na účet a hned vzápětí poslali potvrzení o platbě. Vše jsem udělal jenže dva dny žádná reakce, že byla platba přijata či že se objednávka připravuje, prostě nic. Následně jsem tedy volal, zvedl to pán co se pomalu ani nepředstaví a řekne vám že se na tom pracuje že mi odešle e-mail až se to nějak pohne, ale kdy do jaké doby dostanu knihy, opět nic. Doufám že to bude ještě do konce tohoto měsíce. Znovu bych tu už nic neobjednával, za mě absolutně nedoporučuji.
 Really appalling communication, after ordering books you will receive an automatic reply that you placed an order and to send money to your account and immediately send a payment receipt. I did everything but two days no reaction that the payment was received or that the order is preparing, just nothing. Then I called, picked up the gentleman, which is not even slowly introduced and tells you that it is working to send me an email when it somehow moves, but when I get the books, again nothing. I hope it will be until the end of this month. Again, I would not order anything here, for me absolutely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uz to bude 40 dni od uhrady objednaneho zbozi, ale dodnes jsem nic nedostala. Pan Stan Vavrin pri odepisovani na emaily hraje zovialniho chlapka, ktery mi dekuje za pochopeni a trpelivost. Stejne zbozi ma doted na svych strankach oznacene “skladem”. Oznamila jsem mu odstoupeni od smlouvy a pozadala o vraceni penez. Doufam, ze to vyresim bez pomoci policie. Důrazne nedoporucuji!!!

Mr. Stan Vavrin plays an oval boy when writing to emails, who thanks me for his understanding and patience. The same goods are still marked "in stock" on their website. I informed him of the withdrawal from the contract and asked for a refund. I hope I can work it out without the help of the police. I strongly do not recommend !!!
