★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vynikající přístup k zákazníkům, okamžitá pomoc bez čekání a velmi, ale opravdu velmi vstřícní, kde si váží zákazníka. Musím říct, že i když mám Audi a jezdím do Porsche Olomouc, zvažuji spolupráci s tímto servisem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při koupi ojetého vozu z Škoda plus jsem byl naprosto spokojen jak s informacemi poskytnutými na internetu, tak i s těmi sdělenými po telefonu. Prodejce Zbyněk Tylich byl i s kolegou velmi ochotný, příjemně komunikativní a bylo s nimi radost jednat. Přepis vozu zorganizovali na jedničku, a proto samotný prodej trval pouze 2 hodiny.
Rozhodně doporučuji, určitě bych neváhal koupit znovu auto zrovna zde.
When buying a used car from Škoda plus, I was completely satisfied with both the information provided on the Internet and the information provided by phone. The salesman Zbyněk Tylich and his colleague were also very helpful, pleasantly communicative and it was a pleasure to negotiate with them. They organized the transcription of the car to number one, and therefore the sale itself lasted only 2 hours.
I definitely recommend, I would definitely not hesitate to buy a car again right here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V nelehkých dobách Covidu jsem vybíral a kupoval vozidlo Škoda Superb Sportline. Vozidlo nám představil na kameře telefonu vedoucí prodeje pan Ing. Tylich, který byl opravdu perfektně připraven na všechny dotazy, jako správný profesionál. Dále zpracoval veškerou agendu pro prodej, včetně přepisu vozidla, fotek pro pojišťovnu a ochranných prvků. Kdykoliv jsem se telefonicky s čímkoliv ozval, vždy ochotně, profesionálně a s trpělivostí vše vyřešil. Při převzetí vozu v autosalonu vozidlo žluté barvy doslova zářilo vystavené ve výšce před hlavním vchodem. Působilo to úžasným a ohromujícím dojmem srovnatelným s atmosférou např. na autosalonu ve Frankfurtu. Oceňuji hezké a příjemné prostředí v autosalonu a opravdu skvělou reprezentaci značky Škoda.
Díky všem zaměstnancům autosalonu za perfektně odvedenou práci.
Všem doporučuji zde pořídit vozidlo vašich snů.

In the difficult times of Covid, I chose and bought a Škoda Superb Sportline. Mr. Ing. Tylich, who was really perfectly prepared for all the questions, like the right professional. He also processed the entire agenda for the sale, including a transcript of the vehicle, photos for the insurance company and security features. Whenever I called anything by phone, I always willingly, professionally and with patience solved everything. When the car was taken over in the car showroom, the yellow vehicle literally shone displayed at a height in front of the main entrance. It had an amazing and stunning impression comparable to the atmosphere at the Frankfurt Motor Show, for example. I appreciate the nice and pleasant environment in the car show and the really great representation of the Škoda brand.
Thanks to all the employees of the car showroom for a job perfectly done.
