V	Vladimír Harastej on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozná firma. V autě mají balíky poházeny a popadány všemi směry, a člověk si svůj balík nemůže ani zkontrolovat. Neochotné a arogantní jednání. Terrible company. In the car, the bales are thrown and grabbed in all directions, and you can't even check your bale. Reluctant and arrogant behavior.
S	Sneap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuju, byl jsem celý den doma a napsali mi že jsem nebyl zastižen, přitom nikdo nevolal, nepsal ani nezvonil, naposled co jsem využil službu PPL. :) I do not recommend, I was at home all day and they wrote to me that I was not caught, while no one called, wrote or rang, the last time I used the PPL service. :)

K	Kateřina Szymoniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vůbec se nedivím, že Vaše firma nestíhá doručovat balíky ve vánočním shonu. SMS o tom, kdy bude doručen balík, přijde až po hovoru s řidičem. Takže další zbytečná cesta. I am not at all surprised that your company does not manage to deliver packages in the hustle and bustle of Christmas. An SMS about when the package will be delivered will arrive only after a call with the driver. So another useless journey.
N	Nikola Gombošová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes můj bratr potřeboval aby mu můj přítel převzal balík. Bydlíme od sebe 300 metrů. Řidič arogantně řekl že ne že to je zajizdka, že naši adresu jezdí kolega. Myslím že ta vzdálenost je zanedbatelná a řidič mohl v klidu vyhovět. Za mě jedna , jelikož to není poprvé. Today, my brother needed my friend to take over his package. We live 300 meters apart. The driver arrogantly said that not that it was a ride, that our address was run by a colleague. I think the distance is negligible and the driver could accommodate in peace. One for me, because this is not the first time.
j	jaroslav zajíc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ppl je odpad, arogantní a hrubí řidiči,na ničem se s nimi nedá domluvit,jejich systém je chybový a když na chybu upozorníte,hází vinu na zákazníka.Už opravdu nikdy více. Ppl is a waste, arrogant and rude drivers, there is nothing to negotiate with them, their system is faulty and when you report an error, they blame the customer. Never really again.

Řidič není schopen ani dojet na přesnou ZADANOU adresu, ale ještě za ním musím dojít. Vždy jsem byla celkem spokojená s doručením, ale po dnešním dni už zvolím někoho jiného. I prefer Czech Post… "I don't have time to wait for you", because 2 minutes would kill someone. The driver is not even able to reach the exact ENTERED address, but I still have to go to him. I have always been quite satisfied with the delivery, but after today I will choose someone else.
R	Radana Martinaskova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa cela tato firma. Jeste se mi ani jednou nestalo, aby dorucili balik, jak maji. Vcera mail 11.4. dorucime balik… ok, sedim cekam - nic. Pisu na zak.servis a odpoved Balik vam dorucime 12.4. Tohle proste clovek nepochopi, nedrzi ani datum, ktr sami napisou. A k baliku se nedostanete prosim! Zadna moznost vyzvednuti na depu, nic. Proste mam smulu a musim cekat na zitra… a oni ani nevi v kolik zitra dorazi! ? proste katastrofa. Disaster for this company. It has never happened to me that they have delivered the package as they have. Yesterday mail 11.4. we deliver the package, ok, I'm waiting - nothing. We will deliver the letter to the service and answer Balik 12.4. You just don't understand this, you don't even keep the date they write. And please don't get to the package! No pickup at the depot, nothing. I just have a pity and I have to wait for tomorrow… and they don't even know what time tomorrow they will arrive! ? just a disaster.
