J	Jan Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the worst hop on hop off I have ever been on. Were told buses every 10 mins waited 20 minutes then bus did not even have commentary no head phones. Second bus had headphones but the commentary was terrible pointing out Hilton Hotel and not informing about the beautiful historic buildings. Waited 15 mins for the staff member on the bus to get his lunch at one stop and bus did not leave until he had eaten it. Very unprofessional staff and tour very disappointing. Avoid
F	Fat Boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother has a heart condition, my brother has Downs Syndrome and is autistic, so they wanted to do a bus tour because they can't walk far. The bus did a small drive around and up to the castle, where she said to get off the bus, we were walking an hour through the castle and down the stairs on the other side where the bus would meet us. Mum explained why her and my brother couldn't, and could they just wait on the bus for - they are used to rhat happening. She kept angrily repeating "Get off the bus, this is a walking tour, hurry up". By the time I helped them off the bus, she was 20m away still yelling to hurry up. My friend continued on the tour while I helped mum and brother get a taxi back to the hotel. The bus driver was nice. The little commentary I heard from our horrible guide was a bit flat, but informative. Flat I expect on these type of tours. Rude and hostile not so much. Contacted the company, no refund for mother or brother.
C	Claire Crehan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought tickets for the bus tour and got a river cruise in with it to use within 48 hours. We eventually got on what we thought was the correct bus, the bus then pulled over behind a green bus with the guy working on the bus saying that is the bus you want. We said thanks so much for your help and tried to get on the bus with the tickets. This horrible woman said straight away no, this isn't the one. We can't take that ticket! We were really annoyed. The driver came out to see what was happening, he didn't help. The woman was absolutely disgusting. Didn't even look at the ticket, didn't offer us any advice or anything. I wouldn't employ this woman, not good for business at all! I'll tell you why she didn't want us on the bus, because it was empty and she couldn't be bothered! Luckily later that day after feeling deflated, we came across this lovely guy who was selling tickets for lots of bus tours etc - yours included. We showed him our tickets and explained about our experience and the horrid member of staff. One of your buses turned up, he gave him our tickets and we got to do the tour and the river cruise. The staff on that bus were lovely.
C	Catherine Berqodian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently we took a trip to cesky krumlov with the company. Everything was great except for the tour guide. The pick up and drop off from the hotel was great. Communication was great via email. Our lunch on the day provided by them was nice. The tour guide was sniffer story. There were elderly people on the tour and she wouldn't even wait as we were going up a hill. Her knowledge was great but the way she spoke was very arrogant. She lost 3 people on the tour and she kept saying not her fault.. I've been on many tours but she was the worst tour guide I've encountered. Ruined part of the trip for almost all the people there

Max, one of the sales agents, offered to store it in their office so that we could have better access to all the buses and more easily see the attractions. It was soooo helpful! All the staff at the stops were super friendly. The buses were new and comfortable. Commentaries are offered in multiple languages. Only downfall was that the volume in the bus for the green line was super low and I had to cover my ears to hear it. I was very pleased with the service.

Great and amusing guide who had very definite opinions on a range of subjects. Including the location of the current Foreign Ministry in a previous lunatic asylum. Good guy and a very enjoyable tour. Highly recommended.

The communication was great, price fantastic… but the guide was absolutely marvelous. Gustav made the day with his knowledge and enthusiasm. If you’re looking for a private tour, make sure to request him! Thank you for the amazing day! G
