★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pres Prague Capital Investments (konkretne pana Dejana Milenkovice) jsme si pronajimali dum, ktery jsme nasledne odkoupili. Ani po dvou letech nam nevratil slozenou kauci z najmu a nedodal energeticky stitek budovy pri prodeji, jak mu uklada zakon. Nemluve o vyplneni dalsich veci, ktere slibil pred uzavrenim kupni smlouvy. Ted uz ani nekomunikuje.
 We rented a house through Prague Capital Investments (specifically Mr. Dejan Milenkovice), which we subsequently bought. Even after two years, he did not return the deposit for the rent to us and did not supply the building's energy label for the sale, as required by law. Not to mention the fulfillment of other things that he promised before concluding the purchase contract. He doesn't even communicate anymore.
