★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to another place but got a voucher for haircut here as a Birthday present.
When I called to make an appointment rather unfriendly gentlemen told me that "My barber is out for smoke and they will call me back". Surely enough I never got a call.
I don't know how they cut hair but their customer service is lame. Can't recommend.

Most of their likes and positive feedbacks definitely were written by their friends

Upd: Instead of ask what happened and how you can increase your service, the owners just laughing on my comments. Typical poor czech service. Don't worry I will never ever visit your place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barber came late 15 mins. Full service Hair+beard usually take 45-60mims. Barber Honza did it for 30 mins. A bit fast :) . I would not recommend this barber shop.
