W domu instalacja elektryczna praktycznie nie istnieje, wszystko na przedłużaczach. Na podłodze panele które się rozchodzą od wilgoci i zapadają. Masa pajęczyn i pająki. W łazience światło mruży po włączeniu jakby się miało zaraz coś spalić. Firanki aż szare od brudu. UWAGA w tym domu nie ma zasłon a łóżko jest na wprost okna. W dodatku łóżko niby po rozłożeniu jest dwuosobowe ale pościel jest zostawiona tylko dla jednej części także jak ktoś chce go rozłożyć to musi spać bez pościeli tylko jest trochę włosów na tym łóżku. W ścianach dziury nie są zatynkowane z których wychodzą przewody. Aha no i woda lecąca z kranu nie jest zdatna do picia o czym jest informacja w pokoju, także jak ktoś chce skorzystać z czajnika to musi swoją wodę sobie przynieść. Ogólnie brud i tylko uciekać z tego miejsca, a zdjęcia na stronie niezgodne z rzeczywistością. Nie polecam.

Bastante económico y es una experiencia distinta. Tiene todo lo básico, incluyendo toallas, champús y gel, además de paquetes de agua embotellada. No es demasiado incómodo. Algo lleno de polvo y a unos 45m en transporte público hasta el centro, principal handicap. Los autobuses y tranvías pasan con bastante frecuencia y hay una parada a 5 minutos, pero igualmente son 45 minutos de transporte y no compensa, además que no se puede llegar andando. Es mentira que se tarde 20 minutos.

За свои деньги более чем. До ближайшей остановки трамвая 5 минут. В центр ехать 20-30 минут. В домике нормальная температура. Есть горячая вода холодильник. Ps/ На территории 3 домика. 1 кирпичный, 2 деревянных. Был только в кирпичном. В деревянных всё может быть по другому

Не совершайте моей ошибки, не селитесь здесь. Несмотря на лояльную цену, это посредственное место. В домике все сделано не по уму и очень неудобно. Отопление - обогреватель. Посуда - такая, словно ее просто жаль выкинуть было. И не знаю, моет ли ее кто-нибудь нормально, потому что хозяин жмот и моющего средства не предоставляет. Санузел - не развернешься, а в качестве зеркала - зеркальце размером с ладонь. С транспортом все нормально, отсюда отлично ходят трамваи в центр.

Очень не советую здесь останавливаться если вы: дорожите временем ( поскольку добираться до центра вы будете 40 минут на трамвае) и едете после сентября - домики просвечивают и продуваются насквозь! В погоне за прибылью организаторы этого места поставили домики из доски, которая даже не подгоняется друг к другу. Дом продувается, просвечивает через доски, а когда ваши соседи идут в туалет - слышимость такая детальная, как будто они делают это прямо перед вами!

Perfect stay, will come again for sure

At winter time it not the best place but if you need just for sleep it's ok. Manager come fast then we call and ask about stay, no problem with arrival time. Pet friendly. If you without car better take another location. And of course if you want privacy they place not for you.

It's a shame that it's not maintained, because the place has really great potential. Pros: The house itself was pretty cute and cosy. Even though it got really hot during the day, because there was no air conditioning, the small fan that was provided, kept us somewhat cool. It was quite clean, we had everything we needed and there were a lot of bottled waters(because the water from the pipe isn't drinkable.). We only ate breakfast here, but if you are planning to cook, i would suggest that you bring your own pot, because there is only one and it's kind of small. The tram stop is 3 min from the house and tram ride was 25 min. So it wasn't that far from the city centre. The owner was nice and responsive. The wifi is quick. Cons: The first thing you see is a garden, that leaves a lasting impression. This impression however, isn't positive. There are piles of dirt, some old sunbeds, wooden planks, tubes and trash spread over the garden. Then there are some flags tied to trees(for decoration?), but they only make things worse. So when you are on property, it's better to just stay in the house. It wouldn't be such a big problem, if it wasn't in the name:"Prague retro challenge and GARDEN". The bathroom:The showers didn't work for the first two days, because the water comes from the well(which is filled by rain). And the toilet wasn't fixed to the floor very well, so it was moving. The pipes in the bathroom are just hanging on the walls, to the point of actually being used to hold toilet paper. The sink was very small so it was difficult to wash the dishes. The mirror is a size of a hand mirror, so it doesn't serve much purpose. The walls are very thin so you hear every noise your neighbour makes.
