M	Martin Holeček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Četl jsem zde mnoho reakcí a je mi úzko, pokud je to pravda. Za mě však musím dát jednoznačně palec nahoru. Nejsem žádný velký marod. Ale v roce 2021 jsem spadl ze stromu. Měsíc doma. Dávka včas na účtu. Letos v dubnu jsem měl poprvé OČR na děti. Špatně jsem vyplnil papírky. Přišel mi dopis s opravným formulářem. Sice by tam mohlo rovnou být napsáno (a situaci by mi to značně usnadnilo) "zašlete na tuto a tuto elektronickou adresu", ale když jsem si vybral nějakou na webu a zkusil to na ni poslat, bylo mi celkem promptně odpovězeno " sem ne, pošlete to tam a tam". OČR jsem měl 4. - 7. dubna a i s tím úředním kolečkem mám 9.5. peníze na účtu. Já jsem docela spokojen. A měli byste vidět, jak byla ta paní, co mi poslala e-mail, kam správně zaslat opravený formulář, překvapená, když jsem jí zavolal a pochválil jí. Zkuste to taky někdy někoho pochválit. Uděláte hezký den někomu, kdo se snaží a nikdo ho za to neocení... I have read many reactions here and I am narrow when it is true. But for me, I definitely have to give a thumbs up. I'm no big bastard. But in 2021 I fell from a tree. A month at home. Batch on time on the account. In April this year, I had the Czech Republic for the first time. I had the Czech Republic on April 4-7, and even with that official wheel I have 9.5. money in the account. I'm quite satisfied. And you should see how surprised the lady who sent me the email to send the corrected form to was surprised when I called and praised her. Try to praise someone sometime. You will make a nice day to someone who is trying and no one will appreciate it ...
B	Botka Tomáš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celé CSSZ je jeden velký nepořádek kde člověk nemá přehled o ničem. Bydlím i živnost mám na Praze 17, dříve Praha 6, ale na úřadu jsem veden pod OSVC II pro prahu 5... Tuhle informací jsem se snažil zjistit protože to potřeboval vědět robot na kterého jsem se dovolal. Nikam jinam nebylo možné se dovolat. Chybí mi přehled kam by se člověk přihlásil a měl o všem přehled, případně si zde mohl vytisknout potřebné dokumenty. Internetové rozhraní jen úplně k ničemu. To aby člověk měl školu jen pro daný web. Nicméně jsem přišel na pobočku kde jsem byl 7:40 (20 minut před otevřením) a už jsem byl asi 15 v pořadí. V 8 nás začali pouštět dovnitř tam nás hned oslovil pan který nám přiřadil pořadové číslo a přepážku podle našich potřeb. Byl jsem 3 v pořadí. Když jsem přišel na řadu tak mi paní se vším pomohla a byl jsem do 30min od vstupu hotov. The whole CSSZ is one big mess where you have no idea about anything. I also live and have a business in Prague 17, formerly Prague 6, but at the office I am listed under OSVC II for threshold 5 ... I tried to find out this information because it needed to know the robot I called. It was impossible to call anywhere else. I lack an overview of where one would log in and have an overview of everything, or I could print the necessary documents here. Internet interface just useless. That one has a school only for a given website. However, I came to the branch where I was 7:40 (20 minutes before the opening) and I was already about 15 in a row. At 8, they started letting us in. We were immediately approached by a man who assigned us a serial number and a counter according to our needs. I was 3 in a row. When it was my turn, the lady helped me with everything and I was done within 30 minutes of entering.

The lady who helped me was nice and direct to the point. The place is 5 minutes walking from metro station Kobylisy (Red line). Actually it was good experience even I was worried about it.
