S	S. Hech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Stellplatz direkt am Fluss war wunderschön. Es ging auch alles sehr unkompliziert und ohne Buchung. Duschen und Toiletten waren unbeheizt und schweinekalt. Die Männerdusche wurde gerade umgebaut, deswegen mussten Frauen und Männer in die gleiche Dusche gehen. Als ich mich wegen der Sauna erkundigen wollte, war niemand da zum Fragen. Als ich mich dort ein wenig umsah nach Preisschildern oder ähnlichem, kam der Betreiber wutentbrannt raus gerannt und brüllte mich an. "Was du wollen? Is privat!" Freundlich geht anders. Natürlich waren wir nicht in der Saison und somit muss man mit Sanierung und Umbau rechnen. Wenn ich dann aber noch zusätzlich angeschnauzt werde, hat das meiner Meinung nach keine gute Bewertung verdient. The pitch right on the river was beautiful. Everything went very easily and without booking. Showers and toilets were unheated and freezing cold. The men's shower was being renovated, so women and men had to use the same shower. When I wanted to inquire about the sauna, no one was there to ask. When I looked around there a little for price tags or the like, the operator ran out in a rage and yelled at me. "What you want? Is private!" Friendly is different. Of course, we weren't in the season and so you have to reckon with renovation and conversion. But if I'm then snapped at in addition, I don't think it deserves a good rating.
M	Michael Weingärtner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Ende April für drei Nächte auf dem Platz. Er ist schön gelegen und hat guten Anschluss zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Die Anreise ist - auch ohne Reservierung - unkompliziert. Das Platzpersonal sehr freundlich. Wir haben gut geschlafen und waren soweit auch zufrieden. Allerdings gibt es große Diskrepanzen zwischen der Beschreibung auf der Homepage und der Realität. Dafür gibt es leider Abzug bei den Sternen. Die sanitären Einrichtungen befinden sich wohl gerade im Umbau, so dass nur eine gemeinsame Duschanlage vorhanden ist. Die verbliebenen Duschen sind dann auch im Stil der siebziger/achtziger Jahre. Die Rezeption war nur eine Stunde besetzt, was bei der Auslastung des Platzes unangemessen erscheint. Die Entsorgung des Grauwassers war bei uns auch nicht möglich, da bei der vorangegangenen Entsorgung noch das Wasser im Ablaufplatz stand (nicht abgelaufen). Sehr schade alles, denn der Platz hat Potential. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen, um zu sehen, was sich getan hat. Eine Empfehlung würde ich meinen Freunden hier momentan nicht aussprechen. We stayed for three nights at the end of April. It is beautifully situated and has good connections to public transport. The arrival is uncomplicated - even without a reservation. The court staff very friendly. We slept well and were happy so far. However, there are big discrepancies between the description on the homepage and reality. Unfortunately, the stars have to be deducted for this. The sanitary facilities are probably currently being renovated, so that there is only one shared shower facility. The remaining showers are then also in the style of the seventies/eighties. The reception was only manned for an hour, which seems inappropriate given the capacity of the place. It was also not possible for us to dispose of the gray water, since the water was still in the drainage area during the previous disposal (not drained). It's all a shame, because the place has potential. We would still come back to see what has happened. I would not recommend it to my friends here at the moment.
G	Gabi Gach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleiner Campingplatz, Gemischte Duschen, da eine gerade in Sanierung ist. Sehr schlicht und funktional. Wer auf Sauberkeit achtet, sollte nur mit einem Auge hinschauen... Dafür schöne und gemütliche Sitzecke am Wasser mit tollem Blick. Küche zum selbstkochen gab's nicht, wie beschrieben. Die Bar hatte zu. Wir waren Anfang Juni da. Rezeption hatte Öffnungszeiten an diesem Wochenende von 11-16Uhr. Small campground, mixed showers as one is under renovation. Very simple and functional. Anyone who pays attention to cleanliness should only look with one eye... But nice and cozy seating area by the water with a great view. There was no kitchen for self-cooking, as described. The bar was closed. We were there in early June. Reception had opening hours this weekend from 11am to 4pm.

B	Bethan R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked: Lovely people, incredibly helpful. Tumble dried my stuff for me when a thunderstorm flooded my tent! Fantastic location, easy reach from main roads and then only about 30 mins into town centre via walking and ferry. Facilities are in excellent condition too. Onsite bar is great with a beautiful vista, and staff also helped me order takeaway direct to the bar. Highly recommend this place.

We stopped here to ask for a place to put our tent, a man came to us to tell us we could not park here, I explained that it was just to ask if they have space. Before the man could answer, a somewhat bigger man with 3 teeth came screaming at us and being aggressive. He was pointing us middle fingers and telling us to F Off. Both a very shocking and unnormal experience for us. This behaviour was the bottom of hospitality and the worst that I've ever seen.
