★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péče není špatná, lékaři jsou většinou příjemní a vstřícní. co je však špatné, je nemožnost se dovolat!! máte-li dotaz, který nezabere mnoho času, nebo pokud máte menší zpoždění a potřebujete to jen oznámit, jste bez šance. ale kromě toho, a pokud vám nevadí, že občas jdete k jinému lékaři v rámci ordinace, budete v dobrých rukou
 Care is not bad, doctors are usually friendly and helpful. what is wrong, however, is the impossibility of calling !! If you have a query that doesn't take much time, or if you have a minor delay and just need to report it, you have no chance. but besides that, and if you don't mind going to another doctor in the office from time to time, you will be in good hands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was quite good. Came without appointment so I had to wait a long time, will not happen again ? Treatment was sufficient and the receptionist was very friendly and directly organised my registration for this doctor. Everybody speaks English. Perfect for expats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can highly recommend this doctors office as they have Wonderful,caring doctors and nurses who all speak English so for foreigner its very easy to deal with them. As well they have great online booking and acute consultation hours every morning. I like all of the doctors in this practice but Doctor Konforstova is the one of the kind, if she is free I always choose her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience there is very controversial. I have never experienced any problem with the recepcionist so 5/5.
It is true that they speak English so you can comunicate quite well with all doctors already visited 5.
I have been treated extreamelly well in 2 of 6 times I went. Receiving perfect treatment I need it. Rest of times they werr not very helful and twice of them I left with not treatment and even the doctor laught at me. Which had as a consequence a worsening of my synthoms and going to hospital. So, I refuse to be visited by Dr. Omar since did it twice.
For the rest not so bad. However, even if you hold a VZP insurance card you will need to pay extra if you order an appointment via internet and wait like if it was supermarket there are slots which certain times are more expensive and others less.
They say "be premium" meaning pay 1000kc/year to be able to use their services with not additional payments (of course there are exceptions)
I would like to put only 2 stars however 2 doctors which one is not there (maternity leave) were wonderful so it balanced my overall experience
