Jsem tu už 3 hodiny a sestra mi řekne že se na mě asi ani nedostane. Je to normální? Ne není. Během 3 hodin mají teprve druhého pacienta. Nenormální. On the nurse's side, total inability. Everybody is uncomfortable and scolds patients that they do not know something. I've been here 3 hours and the nurse tells me she won't even get to me. It is normal? No it is not. They only have a second patient within 3 hours. Abnormal.

Telefony celé dny nezvedá. Když to nezvládá, tak by měli mít alternativu v podobě možnosti online objednání. Její projev jasně naznačuje, že si nezvolila zaměření které by jí naplňovalo. Pořád nechápu, proč lidi dělají práci která je nebaví. Myslím, že zde hraje velkou roli jejich hloupost. Pokud pan doktor sežene sestřičku nemající tempo bulharské ekonomiky, tak budu spokojen. Hodně štěstí pane doktore! Doctor careful, explain everything. The nurse is one big disaster. First, it has its pace-worthy times long past (1989 and older). He doesn't answer the phones for days. If they don't, they should have the option of ordering online. Her speech clearly suggests that she did not choose the focus she would have. I still don't understand why people are doing a job they don't like. I think their stupidity plays a big part here. If the doctor gets a nurse who doesn't have the pace of the Bulgarian economy, I'll be satisfied. Good luck, Doctor!

Stará paní chce naočkovat 25 minut před zavírací dobou, žádný pacient... jdete pozdě, přijďte jindy. The same experience as others. The doctor is very nice, but the nurse is pushing the approach of universal answers "no, it's not possible, come another time, bye". The old lady wants to be vaccinated 25 minutes before closing time, no patient ... you're late, come another time.

Co ona si dovoluje, to normální člověk nepochopí.. Ten doktor musí být šílený, když u sebe zaměstnává takovou nechutnou osobu! Člověk má bolesti, ona nepomůže.. Co je to za člověka? Konečně lékař, který se opravdu stará o to, jak vám je a pořádně vás vyšetří - ne jako někteří, kteří vám po telefonu sdělí diagnózu. Za nás super! :) Great doctor, dear nurse. My husband and I are satisfied. Finally, a doctor who really cares about how you are and will examine you properly - not like some who will give you a diagnosis over the phone. Great for us! :)
