P	Petr Šraier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu dát lepší hodnocení, přitom pšenično-žitný chleba vynikající (včera mi dal pán vzorek). Přijdu pro čerstvý ráno v 08:30 - ZAVŘENO! Otevírají (pekařství!!!) v 10:01, holt "pražská kavárna". Hlavně, že mají vtipnou otevírací dobu... :-/ Přijdu tedy v 15:30 a ten pšenično-žitný chleba již nemají, protože vyprodaný. Přátelé, takhle si tedy pekařství nepředstavuji, ať si píšou ve Forbesu, co chtějí. Zlaté Antonínovo pekařství. I can't give a better rating, while the wheat-rye bread is excellent (yesterday the gentleman gave me a sample). I will arrive for a fresh morning at 08:30 - CLOSED! They open (bakery !!!) at 10:01, holt "Prague Café". Mainly that they have a funny opening time ...: - / So I'll come at 15:30 and they don't have that wheat-rye bread because it's sold out. Friends, I don't imagine a bakery like that, let them write in Forbes what they want. Golden Antonin Bakery.
E	Eliška Vrbová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem asi zrovna neměla štěstí na čerstvé pečivo, ale pain au chocolat byl tuhý, tvrdší a čokoláda také úplně ztuhlá. Bylo na něm zkrátka znát, že už na pultě chvíli ležel, byl tam také poslední, to se dá pochopit, ale za 60 korun mi prostě kvalitou bohužel nepřišel vůbec odpovídající. Shodou okolností jsem si koupila rovněž poslední croissant u Prokopa, ten byl jen o 15 korun dražší a kvalitou nesrovnatelně lepší jako by byl čerstvě vytažený z trouby. Nemám problém dát za jeden kus pečiva vyšší částku v případě, že to za to kvalitou a chutí stojí, v Praktice na Letné to bohužel zrovna nebyl ten případ, což mě mrzí, protože to byla má první zkušenost s touto pekárnou, na kterou jsem jinak na Instagramu četla samé chvály. Unfortunately, I probably wasn't lucky enough to have a fresh pastry, but the pain au chocolat was stiff, harder and the chocolate was completely frozen. It was simply obvious that he had been lying on the counter for a while, he was also the last one there, it is understandable, but for 60 crowns, unfortunately, the quality did not come to me at all. Coincidentally, I also bought the last croissant from Prokop, which was only 15 crowns more expensive and the quality incomparably better than if it had been freshly pulled out of the oven. I have no problem giving a higher amount for one piece of pastry if it is worth the quality and taste, in Praktika na Letné unfortunately it was not exactly the case, which I'm sorry, because it was my first experience with this bakery, which I otherwise she read the praises on Instagram.

P	Petr Kudláček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing pastry made out of a fairly unique dough, which makes it stand out among all the other great 'luxury' bakeries in Prague. My one major complaint is that this particular Praktika at Letná opens at 10 AM, which is way too late for a bakery. I can't count the amount of times I would have loved to get breakfast from here, but couldn't, because they were still closed. I am sure they have their reasons, but I believe simply moving the opening time to 9 AM would do wonders.
