D	David Taliján on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S obchodní částí PRE jsem nechtěl mít nic společného už od začátku, protože znám jejich pofidérní obchodní postupy. Nicméně kvůli distribuci jsem musel. Přepisovali jsme byt. Aby nás dostali na pobočku, tajili, že nedostali dostatečné množství podkladů (prý neobdrželi žádost od nového dodavatele, což je nesmysl) a původnímu zákazníkovi řekli, aby se dostavil s přepisem na pobočku, že bude vše jednodušší (v době největší pandemie). Pak mi došlo proč - pokud podepisujete na pobočce, nemáte možnost odstoupit od smlouvy do 15 dnů od zahájení dodávek. Aby to měli pojištěné, lhali mi, že novým zákazníkům se vždy sjednává "výhodná smlouva na dva roky". Chtěl jsem produkt Klasik, který je na dobu neurčitou, a tak mi nakonec paní na přepážce řekla, že výjimečně je to možné, ale "jen mezi námi". Pak se mi ještě v reakci na stížnost snažili vysvětlit, že to tak není a že hovor na pobočce je údajně nahraný (nic jsem předem nepodepisoval a jestli je nějaká cedule si nejsem jistý - i kdyby byla, je fér to předem říct) - každopádně další lež, navíc s falešným klamáním rádoby důkazem. Smlouvu jsem okamžitě vypověděl ve stanovené výpovědní lhůtě (3 měsíce u smlouvy na DN) a do doby, než dostanu řádnou omluvu a tohle jednání přestane, s obchodní divízí PRE jako takovou končím. We rewrote the apartment. In order to get us to the branch, they kept it a secret that they did not receive enough documents (they said they did not receive a request from a new supplier, which is nonsense) and told the original customer to come with a transcript to the branch that everything would be easier (during the biggest pandemic). Then I realized why - if you sign at the branch, you do not have the option to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of starting deliveries. In order to have it insured, they lied to me that a "favorable contract for two years" is always negotiated for new customers. I wanted the Klasik product, which is for an indefinite period, so in the end the lady at the counter told me that it is exceptionally possible, but "only between us". Then, in response to the complaint, they tried to explain to me that this was not the case and that the call at the branch was allegedly recorded (I did not sign anything in advance and I am not sure if there is a sign - even if it is, it is fair to say it in advance) - anyway a lie, moreover with a false deception of wanting proof. I immediately terminated the contract within the specified notice period (3 months for a contract for DN) and I will terminate the PRE business division as such until I receive a proper apology and the negotiations cease.

Ano, počkáte si, ale za to může aktuální krach dodavatelů, chaos na trhu a covid, ne zaměstnanci této pobočky. Friendly, helpful staff with patience to explain everything. Yes, you will wait, but this is due to the current collapse of suppliers, chaos in the market and covid, not the employees of this branch.

V	Vac Lav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvě hodiny čekání, potřeboval jsem tři drobnosti a to, že jsem na každou musel použít jinou přepážku, by takový problém nebyl. Ale že od dvou ze tří pracovníků dostanu vynadáno jako malý kluk, že neznám jejich interní systém a co si to dovoluji po nich něco chtít. Doufám, že už k nim na pobočku nikdy nebudu muset. Pan technik byl milý a vstřícný, asi jediné positivum. Two hours of waiting, I needed three little things, and having to use a different counter for each wouldn't be such a problem. But that from two out of three workers I get scolded as a little boy, that I don't know their internal system and what I dare want from them. I hope I never have to go to their branch again. The technician was kind and helpful, probably the only positive.
