V roce 1902 objekt získala nadace Mojžíše a Barbory Laschových, v péči náboženské obce izraelitské. V roce 1937 byla v zadním stavení vybudována rituální lázeň. Dnes objekt užívá Pražská Obec Unitářů. Renaissance and Early Baroque Muhldorf palace-style house is built on medieval foundations. The facade (from 1827) was apparently designed by the architect Karel Pollak. Until about 1520 the plot was formed by two separate houses at Charles and Anenská Street. The rear building (to Anenské Street) was insignificant, according to the written sources. The two houses were acquired in 1520 by the sole owner - the malt-house master Silvestr. Both houses were rebuilt between 1537-45. In 1902 the building was acquired by the Foundation of Moses and Barbora Lasch, in the care of the Israeli religious community. In 1937 a ritual bath was built in the rear object. Today the building is used by the Prague Unitarian Church.
