★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý přístup pana doktora Vlašima, provedl mne velkými ultrazvuky a následně přijal i jako pacientku do jeho ambulance. Děvčata má recepci se snaží maximálně přizpůsobit časovým možnostem pacientky. Doporučuji toto centrum všem ženám, nejen těm těhotným ?
 Dr. Vlašim's great approach, he took me with large ultrasounds and subsequently admitted me to his outpatient clinic. The girls' reception tries to adapt to the patient's time possibilities as much as possible. I recommend this center to all women, not just pregnant women ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráda bych se podělila o čerstvou zkušenost. Četla jsem si recenze a byla jsem docela zděšená.
Objednání na 10.30, cca v 10.45 odběr krve, cca v 11.15 ultrazvuk (ve 13. týdnu), v 11.30 jsme odcházeli.
Všichni příjemní, od recepční, přes sestřičku až po MUDr. Vlašína, se kterým proběhl ultrazvuk v klidu a s úsměvem.
Přeji všem, aby měli štěstí na fajn personál jako my.

I would like to share a fresh experience. I read the reviews and I was quite horrified.
Order at 10.30, about 10.45 blood collection, about 11.15 ultrasound (in the 13th week), at 11.30 we left.
Everyone is pleasant, from the receptionist, through the nurse to MUDr. Vlašna, with whom the ultrasound was performed at rest and with a smile.
I wish everyone good luck with a nice staff like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesný přístup, od recepce až po vyšetření. Objednání na 3D ultrazvuk, místo něj běžný ultrazvuk o délce 2 minut, bez fotky a videa ( prý už je prcek moc velkej na takový věci )
Čekací doba v čekárně taky krásná chvíle když jste objednání na daný čas. A celou takovou krásnou chvilku kdy se rodiče těší až uvidí prcka a odnesou si foto je pokažená. A jako bonus si zato člověk ještě zaplatí :)
Terrible approach, from reception to examination. Ordering a 3D ultrasound, instead a standard 2-minute ultrasound, without photos and videos (supposedly the squirrel is too big for such things)
Waiting time in the waiting room is also a beautiful moment when you are ordering for a given time. And the whole such beautiful moment when the parents are looking forward to seeing the baby and taking the photo is spoiled. And as a bonus, you still pay :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme vyhrazenou hodinu času. Přišli jsme 3 min. před vyšetřením, abychom minimalizovali čas v čekárně kvůli potenciální Covid nákaze.
Po zhruba 40 min. čekání, jsem se zeptal, jak to vidí, že bychom zhruba za 20 min. potřebovali odcházet.
Vzali nás na řadu hned, s tím že je zrovna volno. Vyšetření trvalo 10 min., přičemž běžně prý má trvat 30 min.
Samotný doktor však byl příjemný.
We had a dedicated hour of time. We arrived 3 min. before the examination to minimize waiting time due to a potential Covid infection.
After about 40 min. waiting, I asked how he sees that we would in about 20 min. they needed to leave.
They took our turn right away, with the proviso that it's free. The examination lasted 10 minutes, and it is supposed to take 30 minutes.
However, the doctor himself was pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star is for the support staff (the nurses and receptionist) they were really nice and helpful.
For doctors it’s ZERO. My Doctor Martina Vondráčková was eating chips with her one hand and using those hands to operate the machine of ultrasound. They should respect the tag that they got in front of their name "Dr". We found her very impolite and rude.
I would have given a benefit of doubt for a bad day she had but it was morning time, 9 am and we were her 3rd patient.
She barely gave us 4 mins and did everything in hurry and she didn’t even write the report properly , she copied and pasted the normal report to ours. For the same very reason we will do our Test again in a better place because we totally not trusting her work ethics and her medical etiquette's.
For 1400 CZK it was not worth it.
