★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal jsem tam auto na kompletní prohlídku, aby mi prošlo technickou. Závady byly: Svítila kontrolka airbagů + servis a klimatizace po vypnutí smrděla. Po servisu, který stál cca 16 000 Kč, klimatizace pro jistotu nefungovala vůbec a kontrolka airbagů se zhruba po týdnu ježdění rozsvítila znovu. Na autě měli ještě vyměnit svíčky, celý chladící systém a rozvody. Plus tedy ta celková kontrola. Udělali úplné minimum. Chladícího systému se vůbec nedotkli, svíčky nevyměnili, pouze vyčistili, klimatizaci opravili tak, že tedy nefunguje už vůbec a za všechno si nechali zaplatit. Na technické prohlídce mi chyběl stabilizátor u pravého předního kola a nesvítilo pravé přední parkovací světlo a SPZ, což měli také zkontrolovat.

On the car were still to replace the candles, the entire cooling system and wiring. Plus the overall control. They did the very minimum. They did not touch the cooling system at all, did not replace the candles, only cleaned them, repaired the air conditioner so that it did not work at all and they had to pay for everything. At the technical inspection I missed the stabilizer at the right front wheel and did not illuminate the right front parking light and license plate, which should also check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrovské zklamání. Na servis vozu jsem psala opakovaně e-mail se žádostí o termín.
Půl roku jsem se snažila dovolat.Nakonec následovala nezbytná cesta přímo do salónu.
Garanční prohlídka byla z očí do očí domluvená na následující měsíc.
Vzhledem k tomu že vůz potřebuji denně,byl mi přislíben náhradní.
Nejen že jsem nakonec obdržela potvrzení o přijetí vozu se zaškrtanými políčky typu: zákazník náhradní vozidlo nepožaduje,ale musela jsem si zajistit i dopravu na místo.
Za mě osobně - 100%.

Since I need the car daily, I was promised a replacement.
Not only did I eventually receive an acknowledgment of receipt of the car with checked boxes of the type: the customer does not request a replacement vehicle, but I also had to arrange transport to the place.
For me personally - 100%.
