I was surprised by the mess and the strange communication from the staff. But the services (printing) were done in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Znám jen jako výdejní místo všech možných zásilkových služeb. Pobočka je dosti vytížená (zejména v období koronaviru),ale i tak jsou čekací lhůty přijatelné.
I only know it as a dispensing point for all possible delivery services. The branch is quite busy (especially during the coronavirus period), but waiting times are still acceptable.

The lady has a lot of chaos in the store and she doesn't have much time. But it is true that there are more and more shipments and this is a convenient place at the bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer experience during the Xmass. Came there and had to wait with a friend about 15mins then was asked very quickly and not actually kindly what I came for. The place was very messy/stuffed, not organized and overall do not recommend if you'd like to avoid any rude or unpleasant behaviour. Maybe has happened only to me and you might be lucky, your choice.
