Při jedné objednávce došlo k malé chybě, ale ten den večer bylo řešeno a druhý den ráno připraveno k vyzvednutí. Byla jsem velmi mile překvapená ochotou a profesionálním přístupem. Pro mě osobně tiskárna č. 1 v Praze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, co se tu stalo. Nechával jsem zde v minulosti tisknout řadu menších objednávek a vždy to bylo bez problémů, kvalitně a rychle. Realizace poslední objednávky ovšem trvala několik týdnů, komunikace vázla, musel jsem to několikrát upomínat. A na další poptávku tisku už jsem ani nedostal odpověď s kalkulací, takže mi nezbylo, než se obrátit na konkurenci.
I don't know what happened here. I have had a number of smaller orders printed here in the past and it has always been without problems, with quality and fast. However, the implementation of the last order took several weeks, the communication stalled, I had to remind me several times. And I didn't even get a response to the next press request with the calculation, so I had no choice but to turn to the competition.
