★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatný, objednal jsem si černé a barevné náplně do tiskárny. Obchodník mi volal a ptal se mě, proč si objednávám 2x barevné, tak říkám, že si objednávám jednou barevné a podruhé černobílé. Obchodník našel moji objednávku a potvrdil mi jednou barevné, jednou černobílé. Náplně přišli všechny barevné, i když faktura, která dorazila jasně ukazuje barevné.
Volám na reklamace, číslo je hluché. Volám na servis v pátek v 11 hodin a paní už končí a furt se blbě směje. Navržené řešení strávit 2 hodiny na poště, abych chybné zaslal zpět, nebo chodil někam na uloženku mi nevyhovuje.
Ještě doplním, že firma provozuje i portál napln-to.
 Bad, I ordered black and color printer cartridges. The salesman called me and asked me why I order 2x color, so I say that I order color once and black and white the second time. The merchant found my order and confirmed it once in color, once in black and white. The fillings came all colored, although the invoice that arrived clearly showed the color.
I'm calling for complaints, the number is deaf. I call for service on Friday at 11 o'clock and the lady is already finishing and she is still laughing badly. The proposed solution to spend 2 hours at the post office to send the wrong one back, or to go somewhere on the file does not suit me.
I will add that the company also operates a full-fledged portal.
