Very solid behavior of the company when claiming an ink cartridge! Perfect service when claiming and sending a new cartridge. Only more such companies in the Czech Republic !!!!

Neřeší reklamace, nereagují na mejl, nezvedají telefon.
Zaplatil jsem 1000,- kč a nic nemám ! NEDOPORUČUJI !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím jak ostatní, ale já mám s touto firmou jen dobré zkušenosti. Pokud byl problém s tonerem odeslali jiný s jiné série a vždy to fungovalo. Jsou ochotni řešit závadu po telefonu a tonery v porovnání výkon cena jsou nej.
I don't know about the others, but I only have good experience with this company. If there was a problem with the toner they sent another one with a different series and it always worked. They are willing to fix the problem over the phone and the toners compared to the performance price are the best.

They can't be contacted - they don't take phones, don't respond to mail. Goods in the state "in stock" do not actually have in stock. Not recommended. I only give one star because I can't save the review without it - otherwise I wouldn't even give the ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa. Firma zaslala špatný toner, na e-mail ohledně reklamace však nikdo nereaguje, telefony nikdo nezvedá. Při dodržení postupu uvedeného na stránkách společnosti (toner s přesnými údaji se zašle zpět a firma by měla toner vyměnit) se taktéž nic neděje. Nenakupujte zde!
Catastrophe. The company sent the wrong toner, but no one responds to the e-mail regarding the complaint, no one answers the phones. Nothing happens if you follow the procedure on the company's website (accurate toner is sent back and the company should replace the toner). Don't shop here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor jedná se o kriminální živly, Pavel Paroubek a jeho komplic Tomáš Paroubek. Účtují za zboží které nikdy neposlou a na emaily a telefon nereagují. Trestní oznámení již bylo zasláno na tamější zastupitelství.
Beware of these are criminal elements, Pavel Paroubek and his accomplice Tomáš Paroubek. They charge for goods they never send and do not respond to emails and phone calls. The criminal report has already been sent to the local council.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma dodala po měsíci čekání chybný toner, faktura byla předem uhrazena. Na telefony ani email nereauguje.
Celou záležitos budeme řešit u správního soudu.
The company delivered the wrong toner after a month of waiting, the invoice was paid in advance. It does not respond to phones or email.
We will deal with the whole matter in the administrative court.
