Škola se snaží studentum vycházet vstříc Pomáhá jim a vede je k tomu, aby se osamostatnili, ale také aby se naučili pracovat jako tým. Často pořádá nějaké akce, kde se studenti stmelují, či se kulturně obohacují.

Studenti tak kromě probírané látky dostanou u reálné příklady z praxe, díky kterým se v dané problematice dokáží lépe orientovat. Je zde velký důraz na anglický jazyk – rozšířená výuka tohoto jazyka společně s vyučováním metodou CLIL. Škola též klade důraz nejen na praktické dovednosti, ale též na dobré porozumění problematiky a také na kritické myšlení. Díky tomu je rozvíjen potenciál jednotlivých studentů a s ním je pak individuálně pracováno.
