★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedávno jsem zakoupil tyčový vysavač, na kterém se po třetím vysávání ulomila hubice. Vysavač jsem tedy v záruční době odeslal do servisu. Po necelých dvou týdnech mi vysavač odeslali zpět se zamítnutým stanoviskem (mechanicky poškozeno). Volal jsem tedy do zmíněného servisu, kde mi řekli, že se omlouvají, ale že oprava není možná z důvodu, že náhradní díl se vlastně nedodává (neexistuje). Takže pozor. Prodejce toto ale nikde neuvádí.
Recently, I bought a bar vacuum cleaner, where the nozzle broke off after the third vacuum. So I sent the vacuum cleaner for service during the warranty period. After less than two weeks, the vacuum cleaner was sent back with a rejected opinion (mechanically damaged). So I called the service, where they told me that they apologize, but that repair is not possible because the spare part is not delivered (does not exist). So be careful. The seller does not mention this anywhere.
