They should only change tires and do not touch anything else! Everyone praises here because they only went to the tire service. There is not much to go wrong there. The gentleman below had a problem with EGR and also ran into me. My engine was overheating. The car was there twice and it was still overheating. It cost me 3100 CZK. Thrown out money. Everyone can be mistaken, there is nothing wrong with that. But they did not admit the mistake. They told me there was a bad thermostat and a water pump at the same time. Nonsense!!! It would be difficult to leave two components at once. First they replaced the thermostat. I agreed with that. I'm not a serviceman to know. The engine was still overheating. For the second time, they allegedly unblocked the water pump there, now for free. But it was still the same. I rode with it for a while, but it wasn't that. No change. So they called me to work it out. But none of that. I lost 3100 CZK. After the first repair, they did not add coolant to the MAX mark. It was below the MIN line. Well, I drove a few kilometers with it. After a while, it started beeping and writing in red that I didn't have coolant. I was shocked. Car after service and no coolant. So I had to find out hastily what type there was and add it immediately. I topped up to the MAX line and after about 10 km it started to beep again that I didn't have coolant. I thought it was leaking somewhere, but fortunately it was OK after the second refill. It is said that I should have contacted them immediately so that they could refill. So I will definitely drive a car that still has a bad water pump and is without coolant right to the service, when it is about 20 km. I'm not such a gambler. I had planned a trip elsewhere and not for the third time to the amateur service. And even if I got there for the third time, it wouldn't solve anything. The pump was still bad. They then wanted to replace the pump with the wiring. That it's one job. That's true, but the wiring had a time of about 130,000 Km, so what to change! They told me we were in a dusty environment, so it changes at 100,000 Km. This is also nonsense. 100,000 km is valid, for example, for the African states, there is sand from the desert, so it changes there earlier than in the Czech Republic. They wanted to charge me CZK 12,000 for the bomb, including divorces. Of course, I refused. I will not put the car there for the third time, for such a high sum, and it is not yet certain that they will do well. In an authorized service, they exchanged my bomb for CZK 4,200 without wiring. The car now steps like a watch. After a long drive after changing the bomb at an authorized service center, the coolant level was slightly below the MAX line. So the coolant should be topped up !!! They didn't change the belt either, he had time. In Pronort, they also mentioned something about the belt that they wouldn't go without it. Well, that wouldn't be enough, so Pronorth misspelled the mileage on the invoice. They added about 12,000 km. Maybe bullshit, but it also says something.

Unfortunately I only have to give 3 stars. Based on the following experience. I came to the service with a clear entry "replace egr valve" due to oil leak. The gentlemen said they would look into it and verify that the leak was actually caused by the egr valve. I agreed. The car was ready in two days. I didn't know if they had a replaced valve or what they actually did. The egr valve replaced was not "only" repaired. I left with the car. However, after 5 km, the engine warning light came on with the error "emission, to the workshop!". Of course, I went back to the service the very next day. However, they told me a shocking news there ... "That egr valve will eventually need to be replaced." This, of course, means paying for a whole new egr valve, even though I have already paid a considerable amount for its repair. They replaced the Egr valve and charged the full price without work (which is of course commendable), but I expected at least some discount on the material. That's why I had to argue for another half hour. I don't argue often, but this seemed really unfair to me. If I came up with the idea that I wanted to try to repair the egr valve, I wouldn't say even half a word, but I wanted to replace it, and I said that several times. I appreciate the initiative and willingness to save me money by repairing, but the repair failed and I really can't blame it, so in the end I still suffered. I expected at least more accommodating negotiations on the final price. However, this did not happen. As a result, I paid CZK 1,500 more than if the egr valve had been replaced immediately. Oh no
