Monday 19.10 at 9:49 I handed over the wheels for the car (ALU, aluminum, cast iron) to Mr. Stranský (company executive) by agreeing on the color (silver gloss), I showed him the color on the wheels. That the order will be made by Friday and that he will call. What he fulfilled was that the wheels were done by the foot. After a telephone appointment, I came for them. The wheels were sprayed with the wrong color (he didn't show the coloring book, just nothing!) Which was Mr. Stránský's fault, we agreed on that and that he will take it on and will report it by Monday 26.10. On Monday 26.10 I call him if the bikes are ready he said that yes that I can come for them but as there are several layers there is such a blister of 10 crowns and let me come see but that the bikes are done and that I can take them away. Unfortunately, during my workload, I didn't have time until week 2.11. 2020. V On Monday morning I called him again and agreed to come. When I arrived I didn't know what to say to her at 3 that 4 rounds is a scattered color is a very disgusting job and has to be done again! Then Mr. Stránský refused to take responsibility for the poor quality (when I wanted him to repair the bikes at his own expense, he said No! That he would continue to put a lot of money and time into them) and when I wanted to take the bikes without paying because they did not do the job they did. they had said he wouldn't let me go. I took my bike for 3000 CZK with a huge reluctance and the feeling that I was robbed and even disappointed by the approach of the company and the executive of the company that has been on the market for so long. So I definitely don't recommend the Procometal form for me.

Thank you for your help at a time when painting is waiting for a month elsewhere. Despite the larger dimensions of the structures, which could not be blasted in Procometal, Mr. Stránský found a solution. He recommended the nearby company KROMA, where it was blasted in a day and transported to Mr. Stránský, where it was painted during the next day. The whole process took 3 working days from the first call. It helped me a lot in the implementation of the contract. Thank you.
