★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy velká spokojenost se zbožím i personálem na prodejně. Jediné, co mi trochu kazí dojem, je, že ať volám kdykoli, nikdo to nezvedá a vždy se pak ozve hlasová schránka. "Živého" člověka jsem tam na telefonu ještě nezastihl. Rád si telefonicky ověřím, zda si pro zboží, které si objednám a je skladem, mohu přijet i dříve, než se dočkám potvrzujícího mailu. Občas jedu kolem a vždy tam zboží je a hotová objednávka leží na stole.
Always great satisfaction with the goods and staff at the store. The only thing that disturbs me a bit is that no matter how I call, no one picks up, and then a voicemail always comes in. I haven't found a "living" man on the phone. I will be happy to verify by phone whether I can arrive for goods that I order and are in stock before I get a confirmation mail. Sometimes I go around and there is always goods and the finished order is on the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute minimum of attention to customer as humanly possible, do not expect any help, you will get none. If you pick up eshop order be prepared for a long wait as the bearings are looked up and paperwork is painstakingly filled, because those things cannot be done beforehand, of course.
