Recenze - Jel jsem domů z hlavního nádraží autobusem linky 15 (odjezd z hl. nádraží 14:24) autobus byl velmi plný jako skoro každý den, byli jsme na sebe hodně namačkaní. Vyšlo na mě místo u zadních dveří kde jsem zůstal po celou dobu jízdy. Postupně lidé odcházeli a trošku se uvolnilo místo, ale stála tam partička dětí z jedné třídy přes které se nedalo projít do přední části autobusu. Tak jsem tedy dále stál u dveří protože se mi nechtělo děti obtěžovat. Bohužel když nás tam bylo ještě hodně tak se dveře většinou neotevřeli a museli jsme pak ručně dootevřít. To se poté pořád opakovalo protože jsem u nich musel stát. Řidič za mnou přišel a velice škaredě a nezdvořile mi sdělil že mám jít jinam že blokuji dveře. Bylo by dobré kdyby jste zaměstnávali lidi kteří se umí slušně chovat a s prominutím neřvou po cestujících velice slušně. Ještě jsem také nezmínil že mě velice silně chytl za rameno což mi nebylo moc příjemné. 1. Review - I don't know why if the bus is 12 minutes late, I won't find anything like that on the info board. 2. Review - I went home from the main station by bus line 15 (departure from the main station 14:24) the bus was very full as almost every day, we were very crowded. A place came out at the back door where I stayed throughout the ride. Gradually the people left and a little space became available, but there was a group of children from one class through which it was impossible to walk to the front of the bus. So I kept standing at the door because I didn't want to bother the children. Unfortunately, when there were still a lot of us, the door usually didn't open and we had to open it manually. This was repeated over and over again because I had to stand by them. The driver came to me and very ugly and rudely told me to go somewhere else to block the door. It would be good if you employed people who can behave decently and do not shout very decently for passengers with forgiveness. I also haven't mentioned that he grabbed my shoulder very hard, which wasn't very pleasant for me.

Podle mě přijímací pohovory vypadají nějak takto: „Dobrý den, jste nepříjemná jak prase a neochotná cokoliv udělat pro zákazníka?" „Ano, to jsem a budu ještě víc klidně" „Berem vás!". Strašné. Ze všech dopravních podniků v ČR je tenhle jednoznačně nejhorší. Nedej bože když se má člověk dovolat na dispečink a na něco se zeptat:) To chraň ruka páně, jelikož imrvére budete o-tra-vo-vat. Hnus toto. Disaster of the whole DPMO. In my opinion, the job interviews look something like this: "Hello, are you as annoying as a pig and unwilling to do anything for a customer?" "Yes, I am and I will be even more calm" "I'm taking you!" God forbid when you have to call the dispatch center and ask something :) Protect your hand, gentleman, because you will be annoying.
