★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochotný, podráždený personál, začiatok školského roku čakačka v rade 4 hodiny. Pokus vybaviť si cez web, aby sa tomuto človek vyhol, celkom neuspech, na webu nikde zmienka, že bude Odiska hotová až za tri týždne. Chcelo by to konkuruenciu k celému DPO, možno by to zmenilo prístup k zákazníkom.
 Reluctant, irritated staff, the beginning of the school year waiting in line 4 hours. An attempt to recall via the web to avoid this, quite a failure, there is no mention on the web that Odiska will be ready in three weeks. It would take competition for the whole DPO, maybe it would change the approach to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přibližně 80-ti leté stařence ve frontě přede mnou poradila paní na přepážce, aby si Odisku vyřídila na internetu, že je to jednodušší (jen neřekla pro koho). Takový koktejl empatie a rozumových schopností se jen tak nevidí. Pevně věřím, že až si bude na internetu vyřizovat odisky i ta nejstarší generace (jak je k tomu nutí), tak ty dvě pracovnice skončí na Úřadu práce.
An 80-year-old woman in line in front of me was advised by a lady at the counter to tell Odiska that it was easier (she just didn't say who). Such a cocktail of empathy and intellectual abilities is not easy to see. I firmly believe that when even the oldest generation (such as forcing them) takes profits on the Internet, the two workers will end up at the Labor Office.

Milý a pohodový přístup. Možnost platit kartou. Terminál pro ověření platnosti ODIS karty
Update: the store has been renovated (see photo). Nice, modern travel document store.
Nice and relaxed approach. Possibility to pay by card. ODIS card validation terminal
