G	Gabriela Švajnochová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rockpoint mam rada, casto zde nakupuji, ale pani prodavacky na prodejne v Arkadach... to je katastrofa. Takto neochotny a znudeny personal se jen tak nevidi. Dnes jsem odtamtud odesla, chtela jsem si koupit pomerne drahy batoh, ale rozhodla se, ze radsi udelam trzbu jinde. Jsou tam uz dlouho tri stejne prodavacky, kterych kdyz se zeptate o radu, neochotne na vas neco vykriknou a davaji vam najevo, jak moc je otravujete. Radsi si povidaji spolu, nez se zakazniky. Tady ja uz chodit nebudu, nechci si nicit nervy. I kdyz je to nejblizsi Rockpoint prodejna k me praci. I like Rockpoint often, but I shop here, but Mrs. sales at Arkadach stores ... that's a disaster. This reluctant and bored personal is just not seen. Today I left from there, I wanted to buy a fairly expensive backpack, but decided that I prefer to make sales elsewhere. There have been three same salespeople for a long time, who, when asked for advice, won't be reluctant to shout at you and show you how much you annoy them. They'd rather talk to each other than customers. I won't go here anymore, I don't want to hurt my nerves. Although it is the closest Rockpoint store to my work.
P	Patrik Holata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva v rock pointu byla strašná. Už po několikáté jsem narazil na absolutně neschopnou prodavačku. (tady opravdu platí tvrzení o blbé blondýně). Paní absolutně neporadila, nebyla schopna zjistit jestli mají ve skladu jinou velikost, prostě hrůza. Největší vrchol byl, když si stoupla za pult a začela koukat do mobilu...opravdu nedoporučuji tuto prodejnu. Opravdu nechápu, že už s tím nikdo nic neudělal. Na tuto paní slyším pouze a jen samé stížnosti. Po mých zkušenostech půjdu vždy už jen do Rock pointu Letňany. Today's visit to the rock point was terrible. The lady absolutely did not advise, she was not able to find out if they have a different size in the warehouse, just horror. The biggest peak was when she stepped behind the counter and started looking into her cell phone ... I really don't recommend this store. I really don't understand that no one has done anything about it. I hear only complaints about this lady. After my experience, I will always go only to the Rock Point Letňany.

Musím vyzdvihnout ochotu obsluhy, často má osobní zkušenosti a umí kvalifikovaně pohovořit o výrobku. Minule dokonce pracovník obsluhy na můj dotaz o výrobku zhodnotil jednoznačně kriticky. Tím pádem jsem si sice výrobek nekoupil, ale na druhou stranu teď mám v obchod výrazně větší důvěru a jistě ho navštívím i příště až budu shánět outdoor vybavení. Last time, even the operator clearly critically evaluated my question about the product. As a result, I did not buy the product, but on the other hand, I now have significantly more confidence in the store and I will certainly visit it the next time I look for outdoor equipment.
L	Lucie Martinovská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po me posledni navsteve zklamani, spise otravenost. Prodejna je sice moc hezka, ale obsluhujici personal je obrovska katastrofa. Po prichodu do prodejny Vas pani probodne pohledem - jakoze co tam pomalu chci... Vybirala jsem obuv vhodnou do terenu. Po zeptani na kase oné znuděné prodavacky, ktera protocila ocima, ze ji o neco prosim se tedy sla podivat, jestli dane cislo mate/nemate. Po prichodu a prehozeni krabice do rukou si opet zalezla ke sve mladsi kolegyni na kasu a resily zakazniky nebo nejake sve “dulezite” problemy. Tentokrat jsem nakup u Vas opravdu neudelala a znechucene odesla. “Pani” prodavacky delaji opravdu spatne jmeno Vasi firme. After me, the last visit disappointed, rather annoying. The store is very nice, but the staff is a huge disaster. After arriving at the store, the lady will glare at you - like what I slowly want there ... I chose shoes suitable for the field. After asking at the cash register of the bored saleswoman who turned her eyes that she should ask her a little, please see if you have the given number / you don't have it. After arriving and throwing the box into her hands, she went to her younger colleague again and resolved the customers or some "important" problems. This time I didn't really make a purchase from you and left in disgust. "Lady" salespeople do a really bad name for your company.

Ještě i touhle cestou děkuji Jitce, která mi věnovala čas při zkoušení a výběru, byla maximálně ochotná, trpělivá a bylo vidět, že ji práce fakt baví a ještě jí rozumí. Víc takových lidí :-). Příště jdu rozhodně za ní, když budu chtít poradit. Today's visit for me 6 stars out of 5 possible. Even in this way, I thank Jitka, who gave me time during testing and selection, was extremely willing, patient and it was clear that she really enjoys the work and still understands it. More such people :-). Next time, I'll definitely go to her if I want advice.

Jelikož máme tuto prodejnu nejblíž domu, často chodíme sem, pokud ale mohu porovnat s personálem prodejny v centru Na Perštýně, srovnávám neporovnatelné. Na Perštýně je velmi ochotný kvalifikovaný personál, který se člověku věnuje a dokáže pracovat i s větším počtem zákazníků. V Arkádách je opak pravdou, prázdná prodejna a člověk, když vybírá cokoliv a nejde o levné produkty např mačky, batoh nebo goretex oblečení není nijak obsloužen. Poslední zážitek: "dobrý den, potřebovali bychom mačky" "tam je máte za rohem, tak si vyberte, stejně je tam od každý jen jedna". To je smutné, prodejna má svým prostorem a výběrem potenciál, tak s těmi lidmi něco udělejte. Najsou se tam i světlé výjimky, ale z mnohačetného personálu jde asi jen o dva lidi. F	ForeverFree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ siroky sortiment a pekna prodejna, ovsem je k cemu to je, kdyz zdejsi personal neumi poradit s vyberem vhodneho obleceni na trek do hor. Nepisu na zaklade jednoho dojmu, byl jsem zde v posledni dobe nekolikrat si veci alespon vyzkouset a takrka vzdy stejny pocit, ze obsluze chybi elementarni znalosti v oblasti vrstveni obleceni. Uprimne, silne pochybuju, ze se v tehle prodejne nekdo z obsluhy outdooru venuje. 2 hvezdy za siroky vyber zbozi. wide assortment and a nice shop, but what is it for when the local staff can not advise on choosing a suitable outfit for a trek to the mountains. I'm not writing on the basis of one impression, I've been here at least a few times lately to try things and almost always the same feeling that the staff lacks basic knowledge in the field of clothing layering. I honestly, I strongly doubt that anyone from the outdoor area is dedicated to this store. 2 stars for wide select goods.
T	Trust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý výběr, ale nebýt staršího pana prodavače, tak nikdo neporadí. Takže doporučuji vedení s tohoto pana Prodavače hýckat a zbytek proškolit nebo vyměnit. Good choice, but without an older salesman, no one can advise. So I recommend the management with this Mr. Salesman pamper and the rest to train or replace.
