S	Soňa Rydlová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem stálým zákazníkem této prodejny.Vždy jsem kupovala kvalitní drahé boty na doporučení personálu .Poslední nákup se mi vůbec nevyplatil.Boty,které jsem měla pouze 3x na horách ,nošené celkem 3 měsice měly velkou závadu na podrážce.Při reklamaci mi bylo zděleno,že obuv byla nevhodně nošená(nosila jsem je úplně stejně jako všechny předchozí zakoupené boty ).Další důvod neuznání reklamace byl,že jsem nepřišla včas,kdy se závada objevila.Bohužel jsem přijít nemohla z důvodu covidové situace,kdy se nemohlo cestovat mezi okresy a nebyla možnost si koupit další boty,abych tyto mohla odložit.(přes internet boty kupovat nemohu vzhledem rozdílné velikosti nohou).Zákaznickou kartu jsem odevzdala na prodejně a již zde nakupovat nebudu. I was a regular customer of this store. I always bought quality expensive shoes on the recommendation of the staff. The last purchase did not pay off for me at all. that the shoes were improperly worn (I wore them just like all previously purchased shoes). Another reason for not acknowledging the complaint was that I did not arrive on time when the defect appeared. Unfortunately I could not come due to the covid situation it was not possible to buy more shoes so that I could put them off. (I can't buy shoes over the internet due to the different size of my feet).
