★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod slušně vybavený. Bohužel jsem neměl pocit, že bych měl stejnou zákaznickou péči, jako někteří jiní zákazníci. V obchodě jsem čekal, když si někdo přede mnou vybíral nové ecígo a měl veškerou péči a informace. Když přišla řada na mě, dostal jsem informace typu - tak třeba tohle, nebo tohle, to musíte vědět, co chcete... Zamrzí, no.

Nerad se vracím, chodím výhradně ke konkurenci kvůli obsluze už asi dva roky, připadá mi že tam překážím a obsluhu znepokojuji od her na telefonu. Sice něco ví ale radši podá katalog a řekne "koukněte se", tak chodím nebo posílám přítelkyni (která má stejnou zkušenost říká že jsou tam neohleduplný) jen když je nutností že nemohu koupit jinde či nechci platit poštovné.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem si zde šel koupit náhradní sklíčko, prodávající mě informoval, že jej nemá a nelze objednat. Že mám prý smůlu.
Namísto toho aby mi třeba poradil koupit si celý horní díl jen krčil rameny.
Po návratu na prodejnu s účtenkou mi sdělil, že mě neobslouží. Zeptal jsem se na důvod a sdělil mi, že jsem rozbil dveře.
Dveře jsem zavřel se slovy: teď jsem je opravil, obsloužíte mne? Po té co ověřil, že dveře fungují konečně začal řešit reklamaci.
Takovýto přístup mě už do prodejny jen tak nedostane. Raději utratím peníze jinde
