D	Damien D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L une des seules boutiques a proposer du cristal de bohème de qualité (ailleurs l appellation "cristal" est abusive selon les dires de plusieurs commerçants et malgré les étiquettes sensées faire office de certificat). Le seul problème c est que le prix s en ressent ! C est globalement plus cher que Baccarat, et pas forcément beaucoup plus joli. Je regrette notamment le fait qu'il y ait peu de figurines et que celles qu'il y a ne soient pas plus belles... Elles ont un aspect rugueux remarquablement moche, et sont beaucoup trop chères... En conclusion, si vous voulez un service en cristal de Bohème, c est the place to be, sinon allez directement visiter les lieux de production pour avoir des pièces plus belles et moins cher ! One of the only shops to offer bohemian crystal quality (elsewhere the name "crystal" is abusive according to the statements of several traders and despite the labels supposed to act as a certificate). The only problem is that the price is felt! It is generally more expensive than Baccarat, and not necessarily much prettier. I particularly regret the fact that there are few figurines and that there are not more beautiful ... They have a rugged aspect remarkably ugly, and are much too expensive ... In conclusion, if you want a crystal service of Bohemia, it is the place to be, otherwise go directly to visit the places of production to have parts more beautiful and cheaper!
D	Dandylicious on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschönes Zweiggeschäft der Traditionsmanufaktur 'Moser' (seit 1857), die ich bereits aus Karlsbad kenne und die - ähnlich wie Lalique - nicht einfach nur exquisite Glaswaren anbietet, sondern Kunstobjekte. Ein- bis zweimal pro Jahr gönne ich mir ein derartiges Objekt, wobei die gegenwärtige Kollektion in puncto Farbe/Farbverlauf, Form und Gravur besonders verführerisch gelungen ist. Sehr freundliche Damen, die in keinster Weise aufdringlich waren - was ich sehr schätze. Děkuji! Beautiful branch of the traditional 'Moser' manufactory (since 1857), which I already know from Karlsbad and which - similar to Lalique - not only offers exquisite glassware, but art objects. I treat myself to such an object once or twice a year, and the current collection is particularly seductive in terms of colour/colour gradient, shape and engraving. Very friendly ladies who were in no way pushy - which I really appreciate. Dekuji!

H	Henrieta Valková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was extremely rude, at first they didn’t even pay us any attention despite the shop being empty and only spoke to us after we asked them twice to help us out. They didn’t help us pick anything we were looking for and even had the temerity to suggest we might not be able to afford their products. I would expect better service in a store that charges the prices they do. The shop assistant was the only reason we decided to turn around and leave, I do not recommend this store if you want to have a nice shopping experience.
