★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozporuplný dojem. Prodesi bezpochyby navrhuje krásný a osobitý design dřevostaveb. Na druhou stranu výstavba s Prodesi resp. Domesi není cenově nejvýhodnější. Naše zkušenost: na začátku jsme dali obecné zadání včetně rozpočtového omezení. Výsledkem krásná studie a projekt. Potud Ok. Následný rozpočet byl ovšem na 200% původního limitu! Tlačili jsem na snížení ceny. Po okleštění projektu cestou vynechání některých stavebních komponent (terasa, sklad, okna pouze plastová dvojskla atd.), jsme se dostali ca na 150% rozpočtového limitu. Rozhodli jsme se pokračovat v realizaci s jinou stavební firmou. Potíž je v tom, že v tu chvíli zaplatíte výrazně vyšší cenu za studii a projekt (resp. nedostanete slevu). Závěr: pokud se Vám líbí design domů od Prodesi, tak buďte připraveni na to, že s velkou pravděpodobností budete stavět s jinou realizační firmou. Při výběru alternativní realizační firmy jsme narazili na spoustu investorů, kteří měli s Prodesi podobnou zkušenost ;)
 Contradictory impression. Prodesi undoubtedly designs a beautiful and distinctive design of wooden buildings. On the other hand, construction with Prodesi resp. Domesi is not the most affordable. Our experience: at the beginning we gave a general assignment, including a budget limit. The result is a beautiful study and project. Then Ok. However, the subsequent budget was at 200% of the original limit! We pushed for a price reduction. After trimming the project by omitting some building components (terrace, warehouse, windows only plastic double glazing, etc.), we reached about 150% of the budget limit. We decided to continue the implementation with another construction company. The problem is that at that moment you pay a significantly higher price for the study and project (or you do not get a discount). Conclusion: if you like the design of houses from Prodesi, then be prepared for the fact that you will most likely build with another implementation company. When choosing an alternative implementation company, we came across a lot of investors who had similar experience with Prodesi;)
