Na prodejně jsem byl příjemně překvapen ochotou a znalostmi prodavače, který byl milý, ochotně mi předvedl jak které reproduktory hrají a seznámil s klady a zápory. Bylo vidět že se v technice vyzná, s reproduktory které mi doporučil jsem maximálně spokojen I ordered studio speakers online from the company, but I wasn't sure about my choice. At the store, I was pleasantly surprised by the willingness and knowledge of the salesman, who was nice, willingly showed me how the speakers play and introduced the pros and cons. It was obvious that he knew the technology, I was extremely satisfied with the speakers I recommended

První objednávka dorazila za 2 pracovní dny, druhá objednávka s termínem doručení za 14 dnů dorazila již za 7 dnů. V obou případech byla cena lepší než jinde. Bohužel jsem jedno zboží musel reklamovat, kvůli menší výrobní vadě - zásilka jim dorazila v poledne na pobočku do Brna, již ve 14h mi psali, že je reklamace vyřešena a posílají mi nový kus, v 18h mi přišla zpráva od PPL, že zásilku převzali, a druhý den byla u mě - PROFI BEZKONKURENČNÍ PŘÍSTUP, nakoupím tam příště znovu! I recommend the store, I have 2x positive experience with the purchase and 1x positive experience with the complaint, which the store could not, but they still solved it IMMEDIATELY to my 100% satisfaction. The first order arrived in 2 working days, the second order with a delivery date in 14 days arrived in 7 days. In both cases, the price was better than elsewhere. Unfortunately, I had to complain about one item, due to a minor manufacturing defect - the shipment arrived at their branch in Brno at noon, they wrote to me at 2 pm that the complaint was resolved and they sent me a new piece, at 6 pm I received a message from PPL that they had accepted the shipment, and the next day she was with me - PROFI UNBEATABLE ACCESS, I will buy there again next time!
