Kontaktovala jsem jej tedy znovu prostřednictvím emailu, na který už mi neodpověděl. Odpověď na komentář níže: To ovšem neomlouvá, že jste si po nemoci nevyřídil, co jste měl rozjednáno. E-mail jsem navíc psala jako odpověď na Váš email, tudíž je velmi nepravděpodobné, že by se ten můj ocitnul ve spamu. Mr. Krejsa from Profi Kadra has arranged a meeting with me about a bathroom reconstruction a month ago. About an hour before the meeting he apologized for being ill. So I contacted him again via an email that he did not answer. Reply to the comment below: This does not, however, excuse that you did not do what you were dealing with after the illness. J	Jan Cap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rekonstrukce bytového jádra + předsíně + kuchyně byla realizována před 2 roky. Spolupráce a komunikace se stavbyvedoucím byla bezproblémová. Předání zakázky bylo oproti smlouvě opožděno o 2 týdny (celkem 7 týdnů). Během záruční doby se vyskytla závada na odsávání par z koupelny. Po uplatnění reklamace byla závada (vadný ventilátor) bez průtahů odstraněna k naší spokojenosti. K dnešnímu datu je vše bez závad a funkční. Reconstruction of sanitary units + hall + kitchen was realized 2 years ago. Cooperation and communication with the site manager was smooth. The handover of the order was delayed by 2 weeks (7 weeks in total) compared to the contract. During the warranty period, there was a defect in the exhaust vapor from the bathroom. After making a complaint, the defect (defective fan) was removed without delay to our satisfaction. To date, everything is faultless and functional.

Úklid společných prostor i dodržení klidu po 17 hodině samozřejmostí. Skvělá komunikace, profesionální přístup. Doporučuji. We are very satisfied with the reconstruction of the sanitary unit by Profi Kernel. Even after five years of use, there was no problem. Cleaning of common areas and keeping the peace after 17 hours of course. Great communication, professional approach. I recommend.
V	Vojtěch Schánilec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rekonstrukce bytu proběhla přesně dle našich požadavků. Pan Krejsa (majitel) i pan Dubček (stavbyvedoucí) se chovali maximálně profesionálně a vstřícně. Komunikaci tedy hodnotím jako velice nadprůměrnou. Dovedli poradit a pomohli nám vyvarovat se chyb při navrhování toho jak má byt vypadat. Když jeden ze subdodavatelů udělal chybu (vstupní dveře) pomohli nám vyjednat bezplatnou náhradu a výměnu. Jediná věc, která trošku kazila 100% spokojenost byl příliš pozitivní časový plán rekonstrukce, která se zpozdila – nicméně spíše vinnou subdodavatelů a trochu i naší. ¨ Před předáváním bytu byla firma ochotna předělávat drobnosti (vypínače – spáry apod.) dle našeho finálního přání. Celkově velká spokojenost – dal bych 4,5 z 5, ale google to neumožňuje. Reconstruction of the apartment was done exactly according to our requirements. Mr. Krejsa (owner) and Mr. Dubcek (site manager) were extremely professional and helpful. So I rate communication as very above average. They were able to give advice and help us avoid mistakes when designing what it should look like. When one of the subcontractors made a mistake (entrance door) they helped us negotiate a free replacement and replacement. The only thing that spoiled a little 100% satisfaction was too positive the schedule of reconstruction, which was delayed - but rather guilty of subcontractors and a bit of ours. ¨ Before handing over the apartment the company was willing to remodel small items (switches - joints, etc.) according to our final wish. Overall great satisfaction - I would give 4.5 out of 5, but google does not allow it.
R	Regina Schovancova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše zakázka byla dost náročná vzhledem k tomu, že probíhala za provozu, kdy jsme byt obývali. Zahrnovala kompletní přestavbu koupelny, nové podlahy, elektroinstalaci, odvětrávání, nové dveře vstupní i interiérové, podhledy, malování pokojů, novou kuchyňskou linku a její instalaci a mnoho dalších drobnějších zásahů. Vše bylo komplikováno tím, že jsme museli neustále veškeré své vybavení bytu přesouvat z jednoho místa na druhé, což velmi ztěžovalo práci všech dělníků. Kdykoliv to ale bylo možné, se stěhováním nám též pomáhali. I přes mírné zpoždění termínu, které bylo způsobené výše uvedenými důvody, ale i některá zdržení byla zaviněna subdodavateli, nenalézám na práci firmy Profi Jádra žádné závažné problémy. Všichni pracovníci včetně majitele i stavbyvedoucího se chovali velmi vstřícně a korektně. S provedenou rekonstrukcí jsme maximálně spokojeni, a všichni naši přátelé, kteří ji zatím viděli, byli nadšeni proměnou našeho bytu. Co se týká financí, došlo k velmi korektnímu vypořádání, vše bylo předem konzultováno, a posléze bylo domluvené i dodrženo. Nemohu než firmu Profi Jádra doporučit. It included a complete remodeling of the bathroom, new floors, wiring, ventilation, new entrance and interior doors, soffits, room painting, new kitchen unit and its installation and many other minor interventions. Everything was complicated by the fact that we had to constantly move all our furnishings from one place to another, which made it very difficult for all workers to work. But whenever possible, they also helped us with the move. Despite the slight delay in the deadline, which was caused by the above-mentioned reasons, but also some delays were caused by subcontractors, I do not find any serious problems for the work of Profi Kernel. All workers, including the owner and site manager, were very helpful and fair. We are fully satisfied with the reconstruction, and all our friends who have seen it so far have been delighted with the transformation of our apartment. As far as finances are concerned, the settlement was very correct, everything was consulted beforehand and then agreed and observed. I can only recommend the company Profi Kernels. Vše proběhlo dle naplánovaného harmonogramu časového i finačního, což není v dnešní době obvyklé. Zejména jsem ocenil spolupráci a komunikaci během rekonstrukce, včetně profesionálně vedených a dokumentovaných týdenních inspekcí. Skvělé bylo i profesionální a rychlé "dořešení" drobných provozních maličkostí v prvních týdnech po nastěhování. Firmu mohu vřele doporučit i s ohledem se zkušenostmi jiných firem s podobnou náplní práce na trhu. Upřímně tuto firmu jednoznačně doporučuji. Všichni pracovníci jednali velmi profesionálně, byli nápomocní při konzultacích ohledně materiálů či provedení a celá zakázka probíhala bezproblémově. Vstupní odhad ceny prakticky souhlasil s cenou výslednou a časový rozsah prací byl také v mezích normy. Kompletní rekonstrukce bylo hotová za cca 3,5 měsíce. Chtěl bych ocenit zejména velmi milý a profesionální přístup pana Krejsy (majitel) i pana Dubčeka (stavbyvedoucí). Firma Profi Jádra zaštítila kompletní rekonstrukci s tím, že na určité práce (kuchyňská linka, podlahy či elektroinstalace) poptaly své partnerské firmy. Spolupráce s těmito dodavateli byla z našeho pohledu také výborná. Zpětně hodnotím, že tato organizace zakázky nám ušetřila významné množství času i starostí v porovnání s tím, kdybychom každého řemeslníka poptávali sami. Hodnotím firmu Profi Jádra pana Krejsy jako velmi solidní podnik a přeji i dalším zákazníkům alespoň stejně tak skvělý dojem z realizace zakázky jako to bylo u nás. The company Profi Kernel realized a complete reconstruction of our apartment 3 + 1 in a panel house and the whole cooperation was excellent. I sincerely recommend this company. All the staff acted very professionally, assisted in consultations on materials or workmanship, and the entire job went smoothly. The input price estimate practically agreed with the resulting price and the time scope of the work was also within the limits of the standard. The complete reconstruction was completed in about 3.5 months. I would especially appreciate the very kind and professional approach of Mr. Krejsa (owner) and Mr. Dubček (site manager). The company Profi Kernel underwent a complete reconstruction, asking for certain work (kitchen, flooring or wiring) to be demanded by their partner companies. The cooperation with these suppliers was also excellent from our point of view. In retrospect, this order organization has saved us a significant amount of time and worries compared to asking each craftsman ourselves. I evaluate Mr. Krejsa's Profi Kernel Company as a very solid company and I wish to other customers at least the same great impression of the realization of the order as it was with us.
