★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme si tištěné materiály technologií offset a pantonkami na kvalitnější materiál vyšší gramáže včetně lakování. Bohužel tištěné materiály nebyly pantonkou ale CMYKem a ještě k tomu na papíru výrazně nižší gramáže, a bez laku, i přes reklamace to dopadlo tragicky. Tato firma se snaží podvést zákazníky - šetří na papíru a dodává papír s nižší gramáží, než bylo objednáno, současně nedodrželi objednanou technologii - firma spoléhá na to, že si to zákazník nezkontroluje.
We ordered printed materials with offset technology and slippers for better material of higher weight including varnishing. Unfortunately, the printed materials were not Pantone but CMYK, and on top of that on paper significantly lower weights, and without lacquer, despite complaints, it turned out tragically. This company is trying to deceive customers - saving on paper and delivering paper with less weight than ordered, while not following the ordered technology - the company relies on the customer not to check.
